Empiricall study on compensation standard for grassland ecology in Inner Mongolia

Abstract:Through analysis of grassland ecological compensation standard in Inner Mongolia,we think that compensation standards of grassland ecology in Inner Mongolia should include three aspects of content: the direct costs,the opportunity cost and grassland ecosystem service function value.According to the economic and social development and grassland ecological degradation degree of Inner Mongolia,we consider that grassland ecological compensation shall be determined in the third stage,namely "compensation standard=direct cost+all the opportunity cost ".Taking the prohibiting grazing in Inner Mongolia as a case,and urban disposable income per capita and rural net income per capita of the national average as reference,it is measured that the opportunity cost of development limition in Inner Mongolia steppe pastoral nomads is 35.4yuan/mu.And compensation standard reference is 47.55 yuan/mu at the third phase.At the same time,we estimated the coefficient of the developing stage simulated the growth curve of economic development in Inner Mongolia using the data of statistical yearbook of Inner Mongolia.Based on it the correction coefficient for dynamic adjustment of the compensation standard is determined,the dynamic adjustment is achieved.
