Cribriform Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma: Case Report.

Abstract:A 57-year-old woman with melanoderma presented with a nodule lesion on the left hard palate. The lesion was singular, red in color, had a firm consistency, a sessile base, sensitivity to touch, and measured approximately 3.5 cm in size. The patient had a medical history of sinusitis, anxiety, depression, systemic arterial hypertension, and diabetes. She reported a smoking habit of thirty-five years with a frequency of five cigarettes a day. To establish a diagnosis, tomography and an incisional biopsy were performed, with the initial hypothesis being pleomorphic adenoma.
