Abstract:The utility model relates to high-count high-density cotton brocade double-layer fabric. Warp yarn is selected to be high-count combing all cotton 9.7 tex which is compact spinning yarn, weft yarn is selected to be that purified cotton 58.3 tex +7.8 tex spandex wrap yarn, 4.4 tex + 2.2 tex chinlon filament spandex wrap yarns and 11.1 tex + 4.4 tex chinlon filament spandex wrap yarns are arranged at the proportion of 1:1:1, and the warp yarn and the weft yarn are woven to be of a weft double texture structure in a rule of two-and-two twill plus eight irregular satin weave. Due to the fact that a double-layer texture formed by different basic textures is used, two kinds of filaments of different specifications are added to the weft front face, purified cotton spandex wrap yarns are added to the weft reversed face, and the high-count high-density cotton brocade double-layer fabric has the advantages that a fabric face is massive and elegant and contains transverse bars in the slant direction in a hidden mode, sense of three dimensions is stronger, and the high-count high-density cotton brocade double-layer fabric is free of creases, free of fluff, comfortable to wear and elastic.
