Abstract:According to the survey,there will always be difficulty admissions in some specialty of colleges and universities.Selected College-tourism,hotel management and fewer students.The number of students choosing tourism and hotel management is small.Hotel staff and managers are job hopping,particularly the loss of competent staff has become the focus of executives.With the social development,it is an inevitable trend that college students will become future managers and person whom the development relys on.Therefore,it is important for the development and hotel to find out the cause and solutions.The paper makes an invetigation on the students majored in hotel management,and makes analysis and puts forward the concrete solutions to these issues.
