Abstract:College sports serving national fitness are a complex system. College sports are an important part of national fitness. Basketball curriculum, as a subsystem of college sports, has always been loved by college students. The reform of college basketball curriculum mode is an important way to explore the coordinated evolution of college sports subsystem. Through the methods of questionnaire, interview, and mathematical statistics, aiming at the problems existing in the planning and design of basketball curriculum objectives and contents in colleges and universities, this study puts forward that it is necessary to establish a scientific and reasonable basketball special curriculum objective system and then combine the basketball curriculum teaching theory with the basketball training teaching mode, to cultivate students' practical application ability, and adopt a variety of teaching methods to cultivate students' practical ability. Finally, the teaching mode of basketball is improved. Through an example, the application effect of the basketball curriculum model under the background of national fitness proposed in this study is tested. The results show that the basketball curriculum teaching model proposed in this study has certain feasibility and effectiveness.

Abstract:: Basketball plays an important role in college physical education. In the traditional college basketball teaching mode, teachers rely on face-to-face instruction in class, and it is difficult to get to know the learning situation of a specific student in time in the face of dozens of students, let alone to guide them pertinently. In addition, basketball skill teaching takes up a lot of class time, which is not conducive to the cultivation of college students’ sports literacy. In this context, this paper uses the “rain class” to collect and analyze learning data, constructs the “online + offline” compound teaching model in college basketball teaching, and sets up experiments to verify the “online + offline” compound basketball teaching model, hoping to promote the development of college basketball teaching in the theoretical and practical level.

Abstract:Abstract Currently, in most college physical education curriculum, college basketball teaching is based on students’ interests, but different students have different interests and hobbies, which leads to some students’ resistance to basketball knowledge and lack of learning interest in the actual teaching process. In recent years, the rapid development of Internet technology has made it widely used in all fields of life and work, which leads to the reform of traditional basketball teaching. On this basis, combined with the current teaching mode of colleges and universities in China, the concept of network teaching is introduced into basketball teaching. In this paper, the experimental class and the control class were established. The experimental class adopts the college basketball information teaching under the background of Internet, while the control class adopts the existing college basketball teaching mode. After the end of the semester, comparative analysis shows that the college basketball class designed in this paper can better play the enthusiasm of students and improve students’ interest in basketball class.

Abstract:During the last two decades, rapid development in the network technology has been observed, particularly hardware, and the development of software technology has accelerated, resulting in the launch of a variety of novel products with a wide range of applications. Traditional sports training systems, on the other hand, have a single function and a complex operation that cannot be fully implemented in colleges and universities, causing China's sports training to stagnate for a long time. The goal of physical education and training is to teach a specific action to attain its maximum potential in a variety of ways. As a result, we should use the system to collect scientifically sound and trustworthy data to aid relevant staff in completing their training tasks. Therefore, in the context of big data, network information technology has become the main way to improve the physical education system. By applying cloud computing technology, machine vision technology, and 64-bit machine technology to the physical education training system, extract the video data of the physical education system, design the system video teaching process, and complete the construction of three-dimensional human model, so as to analyze the training situation of the trainers. In this paper, 30 basketball majors in a university are selected as the professional group and 30 computer majors as the control group. The average reaction time, scores, and expert scores of the two groups are analyzed. The results show that the test of the professional group is significantly higher than that of the amateur group. At the same time, the feedback results of students using physical education and training system and normal physical education teaching and training are compared and analyzed. One week later, the students trained by the physical education system have improved their thinking ability, movement accuracy, and judgment ability, indicating that the application of the physical education training system to the actual effect is ideal.

Abstract:Promoting the development and promotion of three-man basketball in ordinary colleges and universities will play an important role in promoting college students to master basketball skills, develop basketball interests and develop exercise habits. It is of great significance to the promotion of national fitness. The development and promotion of three-man basketball in colleges and universities by means of literature and questionnaire survey are studied, the internal and external factors that affect students' participation in three-man basketball are analyzed, and the following Suggestions and countermeasures are put forward: Deeping the reform of basketball teaching; Training student basketball referees; Creating campus basketball culture; Expanding school publicity; Schools attach importance to financial support. Abstract:Abstract This paper adopts methods of questionnaire, literature and interview, etc. It investigates and analyzes the current situation of campus basketball development in Huining senior middle schools from the aspects of students’ motivation, main forms, courses, etc. The results show that the main problems of campus basketball in these schools are as follows, including out-dated basketball teaching content, weak teaching staff, lack of sports court facilities, and insufficient attention of government departments. Thus, it is suggested to strengthen the construction of teaching staff, increase the attention of government departments to campus basketball, and strengthen the construction of basketball court facilities. In this way, we will make the campus basketball of Huining senior middle schools develop better.

Abstract:This study investigates the application of the teaching model combining cooperative learning and flipped classrooms in university basketball courses in China. By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional basketball teaching model and students’ satisfaction with the course, the necessity of implementing cooperative learning and flipped classrooms is proposed. The study planned in detail the implementation strategies before class, in the classroom, and after class, and compared them with the control group through an experimental design. The experimental results showed that the new teaching mode demonstrated significant advantages in terms of learning outcomes, student satisfaction, and teacher evaluation. This study provides a valuable reference for the future reform of the physical education curriculum.

Abstract:With regard to the development of colleges and universities, ensuring the quality of education is the fundamental goal and main task of teaching daily management. With the continuous improvement of the application level of the Internet and other information technologies, the construction of smart campus in colleges and universities in China is rapidly advancing. This paper studies the construction and innovation strategy of the public sports quality monitoring system and discusses the changes in college students’ sports quality after the introduction of smart campuses from the perspective of artificial intelligence and the creation of smart universities. In this paper, the field survey method and other research methods are combined to study, and in the process of data storage, SQL Server database platform is used to store the data. This study shows that the proportion of each element of physical state management has changed significantly before and after college entrance. According to the data, since the introduction of smart campus real name system identification, tracking data, and evaluation functions, the number of college students’ physical exercise has increased significantly. The number of students with exercise plan in school 1 has increased from 70 to 222, and that of school 2 has increased from 49 to 199. Before the introduction, the students were very satisfied with the learning effect of physical education, which was 40.12% and increased to 45.70% after the introduction. Before the introduction, the students were very satisfied with the sports equipment, which was 30.12% before the introduction and increased to 35.24% after the introduction. Therefore, building a system for monitoring the quality of public sports in universities is very important for improving the quality of education in public sports in universities and plays an active role in promoting the physical and mental health of students.

Abstract:Abstract Basketball has a large audience in colleges and universities(CAU) in China. College basketball has developed rapidly, and its attention has been increasing. It has promoted the disruptive change of Internet technology and brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to competitive sports information systems. The purpose of this article is to study the effect and improvement model of college basketball sports teaching based on big data analysis (BDA). On the basis of systematically combing the characteristics, concepts, and development trends of big data, this study analyzes the teaching effects and improvement models of basketball sports in China’s CAU in the context of the era. The research results show that 60.8% of CAU in China currently use big data technology in basketball sports, which can promote the development of college basketball games, improve athletes’ level of competition, and enhance the enjoyment and interest of basketball games. In addition, 90.6% of college physical education teachers believe that teaching based on BDA can also effectively help the team’s daily training, arrange training plans for coaches and give guidance.

Influence of basketball game on the psychological health of college students

Abstract:Applying the mental hygiene form(SCL-90),we had measured 150 college students,who choose basketball as their course.The result indicated: first,the SCL-90 score of the object of study is obviously lower than the national common mold.There is a remarkable difference between the object of study and the national common mold in the scores about the personal relationship sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility and fright;Second,with the growth of the basketball practice age,the psychological health of the practitioner increases.
