Rituals are the operation and show of etiquette spirit, and the spiritual core of etiquette presents the interpersonal relations and social order. From this clue, we can find a deep close connection between the embryo and development of culture and moralization, and the ritual activities play a role of an intermediary's link in them. So it needs to pay attention to dasigning ritual activities for improving school moral education.

Abstract:The article discusses the basics of Chinese etiquette, which are included in the core of traditional culture and are an integral part of the system of business communications — guanxi (a system of interpersonal relations) and mianzi (a concept of “face”). Both of the concepts are the basics for understanding the features of the Chinese social communication culture, which includes both modern formal components and traditional informal ones. In our view, the Chinese business culture has managed to preserve all the values that have been inherent in Chinese society for millennia, despite the systemic, increasing pressure of globalization. In the period when the People’s Republic of China is on the path of openness to the outside world, business etiquette is getting increasingly important, mainly in international relations. The teacher-student model becomes relevant not only from the point of view of traditions reproduction, but also for finding the ways to harmonize with new learning models coming from European and Asian states. The author assumes that Western and Eastern cultures are opposite, and something normal for a resident of China, can be a serious violation of the rules of decency for a European. With the controlled preservation of traditions in China, educational technologies of teaching the norms of European business etiquette are widespread, which is considered as a way of integration into the world community. Taking into account the increasing influence of globalization processes and the wide spread of Western trends, the Chinese business culture continues to preserve all the values and traditions that it has had over the years, harmonizing them with modern business technologies.

Abstract:Sustainable development has broad consensus in environmental science and policy discourse, but its implications differ in specific cultural contexts. This article articulates sustainable development from a Chinese cultural perspective by tracing ideas from Chinese traditional culture and exploring China’s concept of harmonious development with emphasis on environmental management. Ideas that resemble sustainable development are not new to Chinese culture, but have roots in ancient Chinese thoughts, which in turn influence current governance and policies. Notably, Chinese traditional philosophies such as Confucianism, Taoism, Legalism, and Yin–Yang contain philosophies fundamental to sustainable development. As a distinct local discourse, such concepts were well interpreted and understood in the ancient meaning of harmony, giving China unique sustainability perspectives with institutional implications for policies of harmonious development and environmental management. Currently, China is driven to create a new national identity of harmonious development that involves Chinese traditional philosophies and values in its modern administration. The slogans “harmonious society” and “Chinese dream” reflect this new way of responding to the world with the aspiration to achieve cleaner growth, personal prosperity, and social stability. The Chinese and Western roots of sustainable development are conceptually, ideologically, and historically different, and this paper articulates how the convergence of the two underlies contemporary international debates.

Abstract:The global positive change in public opinion about China has been constantly growing in recent years. However, there is still some misunderstanding of China and the Chinese culture in the world due to ideological and cultural differences. The relevance of the development of theoretical innovations and their application in practice to disseminate traditional culture is an essential moment of state and public life in China. The article represents the natural transmission of traditional Chinese culture, the characteristics of which are clearly reflected within moral civilization and affirmed in the philosophy of a new stage of modern Chinese society development called the ‘New Era’. The importance of traditional spiritual culture of Chinese people in the process of realizing the value of human life towards the development of socialism whereas the Chinese specificity is shown. Historical and retrospective analysis determines the role of the stages of civilization and personalities in the formation of the spiritual values system of the Chinese nation. The semiotic method, as a basic one, is aimed at interpreting the elements of traditional Chinese culture, in particular the symbolic system. The article highlights the main spiritual characteristics and defines the meaning of the traditional Chinese culture in modern culture, defines the specific feature of the concept of ‘cultural gene’ as the Chinese spiritual culture, covering varied and differentiated content and characteristics of the Chinese national culture and defining the difference between the Chinese nation and other ethnic groups in the world. The value of harmonious and unified relations between a man and nature in the Chinese culture is considered using the example of bamboo, a typical traditional symbol that actively transfers traditional cultural information into modern everyday life in China and determines the continuity of the foundations of Chinese moral philosophy. The analysis of the expansion of Chinese cultural symbols to the west is given and the main problems in the work on the popularization of Chinese cultural symbols abroad are identified. The contemporary Chinese culture is represented as an open system that recreates a comprehensive hands-on process that effectively enhances the influence of the Chinese culture.

Abstract:Under the tide of reviving traditional culture, Chinese “ritual” culture education, which is the core of traditional culture, is in full swing. The state proposes that traditional culture needs creative transformation. However, how to transform the traditional ritual culture and the contents are not pointed out in detail. In contemporary etiquette teaching, both traditional etiquette and modern etiquette, enjoy many priority rights. Abstract:Traditional Chinese culture covers a variety of ethical principles and behavioral norms that have arisen from thousands of years of Chinese social life to handle interpersonal relationships in an appropriate way. Such principles and norms are a typical expression of Chinese people's wisdom in the analysis of their surroundings. However, traditional Chinese culture also contains some poisonous thinking that has been carefully nurtured by feudal rulers to maintain their power. In the practice of the great social changes of pre-1949 China, after repeated experience, people gained a relatively clear and comprehensive understanding of traditional Chinese culture: it should neither be totally affirmed nor totally rejected. Rather, we should analyze it concretely, endeavoring to separate the dross from the essence. In late Qing and Republican China, traditional culture was continuously handed on and renewed, and this process will be carried on and on.

Abstract:″Harmony″ is not only one of the most important values in traditional Chinese culture,but also a trend of development in modern Chinese society.However,studies about harmony are very limited and lacking of reliably empirical process.This research reviewed recent studies about interpersonal harmony,and tried to propose an exploratory model of organizational interpersonal harmony.Through qualitative and quantitative studies,the paper proposed that organizational interpersonal harmony has three dimensions:peers harmony,leader-member harmony,and overall harmony.The Organizational Interpersonal Harmony Scale(OIHS) developed by the study has also been proved to be reliable and valid for future researches.

Abstract:Harmony or social harmony is a core notion of traditional Chinese culture represented by Confucianism while “Fair play is harmony, which in turn is based on fair play” is a classical issue of the western ethical culture. “Treasure fair play and promote harmony” and “The basic condition of social harmony is fair play and justice” — these are the common apocalypse of the Chinese and western ethical culture. Therefore, to create the basic condition of social harmony, we must first of all solidify the moral base for fair play and justice. For this, we must strengthen our education on fair play, public service and citizen, realize the principle of fair play in current Chinese society, construct the socialist citizen culture and cultivate generation after generation of modern citizens who are sound in personality and full of the spirit of fair play, justice and harmony.

Abstract:Chinese traditional etiquette culture is the precipitation and accumulation of pre-cious spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation from ancient times to the present. The development of Chinese traditional etiquette culture in higher vocational education is to carry forward the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation and to establish cultural self-confidence of higher vocational students. It is also of great practical significance to improve personal cultivation and strengthen cultural identity and appreciation. This paper sorts out the relevant documents collected by CNKI in the past ten years, sorts out the current situation of the integration of Chinese traditional etiquette culture and higher vocational education, and finally puts forward suggestions and prospects for the problems existing in the research. It is pointed out that we should pay more attention to the innovative path research of integrating traditional etiquette culture into vocational aesthetic education, and explore the new paradigm and new thinking of integrating traditional etiquette culture into higher vocational education in the new era, so as to make the traditional etiquette culture penetrate into higher vocational education.
