Abstract:The invention provides a hand-operated positioning mechanism for car body welding. The hand-operated positioning mechanism for car body welding comprises a positioning pin, a pin base and a handle, wherein the positioning pin stretches out or draws back due to movement of the handle. The hand-operated positioning mechanism for car body welding further comprises an outer bushing and an inner bushing, wherein the outer bushing is connected with the pin base, and the inner bushing is installed in the pin base. The handle is installed at one end of the positioning pin, the positioning pin sequentially penetrates through the outer bushing, the pin base, the inner bushing and the handle, the inner bushing is fixedly connected with the pin base, the positioning pin is sleeved with a compression spring, the two ends of the compression spring are connected between the side, close to the top end of the positioning pin, of the outer bushing and the inner bushing, the outside of the pin base and the handle are correspondingly provided with limiting devices matched with each other, and the limiting device on the handle is clamped to or separated from the limiting device on the pin base due to movement of the limiting device on the handle and movement of the handle. The hand-operated positioning mechanism for car body welding has the advantages that the structure is simple, friction between the positioning pin and the pin base is reduced, positioning precision is improved, and more labor is saved during operation by means of the spring.
