Abstract:One front part named QunshuJikao was material copied from ZhengjiaoZhenquan written by Wang Daiyu in Chongzhen period of the Late Ming Dynasty.Qingzhenzhinan written by Mazhu in Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty copied some part of QunshuHuijiShiyiBa by Zhan Yingpeng and QingzhenjiaoKaoXu by Zhang Xin,which are preface and postscript of QingzhenjiaoKao.The 19th and 20th volumes of TianfangZhishengShilu written by Liu Zhi in Yongzheng period of the Qing Dynasty not only copied a lot of materials from QingzhenjiaoKao obviously,but also learned the way to compile Chinese information about Islam from QingzhenjiaoKao.Chinese Hui Peoples succession of Chinese literatures about Islam was created outside Islamic field.This is one side of Chinese Hui Peoples cultural succession.Though not very important,it deserves our attention.These Chinese literatures have its positive influence since they provide sources for cultural innovation of Chinese Hui people.This cultural succession process is a reflection of Chinese Hui peoples cultural consciousness.All these phenomena accord with the stage of an ethnic groups coming into being.

Abstract:This paper tries to approach the succession issues of family business in China.We find the owners of family business in Zhejiang Province expect highly personal qualities to their business successors although they usually think their kinsfolk,especially their sons or daughters,as the first choices for succession.It seems not an unreasonable process concerning family attachment only for the owners to select their successors of business controlling. There seems some kind of negative correlation between the de- gree of a firm tending to family business and the degree of public ownership in the initial arrangement of that firm.That is,the more public ownership in initial arrangement tends to weaker tendency to family business,otherwise,on the contrary.Meanwhile,the de- gree of relying on outside capital(mainly loan of bank)in financing seems negative correlative to the degree of tendency to family busi- ness,which means that the financing conditions of a business ap- pears to have some influence on the arrangement of control in the private business of China. It looks no significant difference in growth indexes between family business and other firms,but those of profit ratio.That is, more obvious tendency to family business is correlative to lower ra- tios of profit,otherwise,on contrary.This may be resulted from the more emphasis on one's characters and morals such as credit, honesty and dependableness in selection of managers in the family businesses.

Abstract:Intergenerational succession is a principal cause of the high failure rate among first- and second-generation family businesses. The purpose of this paper is to contribute to the understanding of the complexity and dynamics of the succession process by examining the role of guanxi. This paper uses an exploratory case study of six Chinese family firms. The results of this research indicate that (1) the succession process of entrepreneurs’ guanxi networks can be divided into four representative phases, namely, preheating, triggering, readjusting, and reconstructing; and (2) each phase requires performing some characteristic tasks. Such tasks include the cross-generational teaching and learning of guanxi philosophy, the deconstruction of the profile of guanxi networks, the introduction of the next generation to existing guanxi parties, the cross-generational role readjustment in guanxi building and management, the renewal of guanxi parties, and the rebuilding of guanxi net structures. The results of this study also provide an extended theoretical model that helps to explain the relationship between the intergenerational transfer of entrepreneurs’ guanxi networks and the transfer of leadership.

Abstract:In this article, the social function of the traditional song and dance culture of regional ethnic minorities is taken as the research emphasis. Starting from the traditional song and dance culture of Yi Nationality, 3-5 field sites are set up in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, the research team collects and analyzes data through observation, interviews and other methods, studies the humanistic spirit contained in the traditional song and dance culture of the Yi nationality, explores its function in promoting rural customs and civilization, as well as its social function. And then, it combines traditional song and dance with the spirit of the times, endows traditional song and dance with new cultural life, guides the construction of music culture with national and regional characteristics and the advanced nature of the times, and effectively promotes the construction of "rural custom and civilization".

Abstract:The objective of this study is to review the conservation and transmission of the Hui dialects, utilizing the "inheritance language theory" that has surfaced internationally, whilst further appreciating the distinctiveness and significance of minority languages. The survey is executed by means of both empirical and quantitative techniques followed by assessment of the findings through SPSS statistical software, to manifest genuine situation of the Hui language inheritance.The survey results indicate that Xi'an Hui heritage language speakers possess an intermediate level of dialect proficiency or above. Furthermore, their listening and speaking skills outperformed their reading and writing abilities. Their dialects are frequently used, and they demonstrate an upper intermediate level of learning attitudes and motivation. The motivation and attitude of inherited dialect speakers are affected by various backgrounds, including gender, place of residence, and partner's ethnicity. In light of these findings, the author suggests protective measures for minority inherited languages at different levels and from various perspectives

Abstract:Based on textual criticism,this paper discusses four components of Yanhuang culture:1) "Yanhuang offspring" and "wearing the same clothes" are the basis in the formation of Chinese; 2) the Sino-Tibetan languages and their branches are closely related in language culture background; 3) "Sanxingdui" and "Jinsha" heritages exemplify the historical cultural origin of ancient Shu with ancient Qiang; 4) ancient Yi culture share many associations and common elements with ancient Shu culture.

Abstract:Chinese national culture, like a mirror, truly reflects the bits and pieces of national life. It condenses and showcases the rich connotations of people's lives, with broad and profound content. In the starry sky of Chinese national culture, Yi culture is undoubtedly one of the shining stars. The ancient songs of the Yi ethnic group have profound connotations and diverse forms, covering everything from the mystery of the birth of heaven and earth, the fantasy of myths and legends, to the warmth of folk stories, the etiquette of weddings and funerals, to the celebration of festivals and the wisdom of production and life, everything is included. These ancient songs can be divided into three categories based on their content: songs of life, songs of marriage, and songs of funeral. Each category deeply reflects the Yi people's reverence for life, appreciation of emotions, and attitude towards life. Traditional folk music of the Yi ethnic group is not only the crystallization of Yi people's artistic creation, but also an important carrier for moral education, cultural inheritance, and historical research. From ethnic music, we can glimpse the rich and colorful life and profound spiritual world of the Yi people.

Abstract:Chinese Yao Nationality Folk Songs are a distinctive cultural treasure thriving within the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, intimately intertwined with the lives and traditions of the Yao people. The objective of this study is to investigate the role of education and literacy in the development and transmission of Chinese Yao Nationality folk songs in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The research site, Jinxiu Yao Autonomous County, serves as a culturally significant backdrop, chosen for its accessibility and cultural relevance to the research objectives. To gain comprehensive insights into this complex topic, three key informants with specialized knowledge and cultural insights were meticulously selected. An array of research tools, including observation forms, interview forms, and questionnaires, were employed to gather data and analyze various aspects of Yao Nationality folk songs. The results reveal the multifaceted phases of development these songs have undergone, from their sacred origins to their role in communal celebrations and emotional expression. The transmission of these songs is showcased through a blend of oral traditions and written records, with a contemporary integration of media and technology. This research suggests the need for a balanced approach to preserving cultural heritage while embracing modernity.

Abstract:The transition of traditional culture in modern society is a classic research question in the social sciences. Based on the existing theoretical speculation about Chinese traditional culture, this paper analyzes traditional Chinese culture from three aspects: morality（people and people）, family view（people and family） and political view（people and country）, rendering three basic themes of “benevolence, ” “filial piety” and “loyalty” in traditional culture. Focusing on these three themes, this paper further demonstrates the basic pattern of transition of traditional culture in modern society based on the empirical facts accumulated by sociological studies: The idea of “benevolence” shifts gradually from the differential mode of interpersonal association to the balance between in-group members and out-group members; The idea of “filial piety” shifts from the dominant relationship of the seniors’ authority to the unity of authoritarian and affective relationship; The idea of “loyalty” gradually shifts from the culture as the central axis to the coexistence of cultural dependence and institutional evaluations.

Abstract:A Literacy Study on the Houba Folk Song of the Tujia from Shi San Village in Chongqing, China Shi San Village, which is recognized as the “birthplace of folk songs,” has a rich history of Houba folk song that chronicle the cultural evolution and daily lives of the Tujia people over thousands of years. This study examines the historical development of Houba folk song across five distinct periods and explores their four primary social functions: cognitive and educational, entertainment, etiquette and communication, and cultural transmission. The research employs a literature review, fieldwork, and interviews with key informants, including inheritors of Houba folk song and cultural officials. Findings indicate that while the historical evolution of Houba folk song aligns with existing literature on Tujia music culture, documentation specific to Shi San Village is significantly lacking. This study addresses this gap by providing detailed insights into the unique historical and cultural context of Houba folk song. In addition, the study identifies current challenges in the transmission of Houba folk song, such as limited accessibility, insufficient publicity, and the impact of modern music preferences. It proposes several strategies to enhance the preservation and transmission of Houba folk song, including integrating them into school curricula, publishing teaching materials, improving infrastructure, and leveraging social media for broader dissemination. By documenting the historical and social significance of Houba folk song and proposing practical solutions for their preservation, this study contributes to the safeguarding of this intangible cultural heritage, ensuring its continued relevance and appreciation for future generations.

Abstract:The folk songs of the Yao nationality in the Nanling Corridor Yao are folk songs sung by the Yao people when they are producing and working in the mountains. The lyrics of the Yao folk songs in the Nanling Corridor Yao mainly have two forms: free form and seven-word four-sentence form. “Ethnic tune” refers to the representative national characteristic tune in the tones of folk songs. Its formation is bound to be approved (identified) by the public through the way of music transmission. The method of communication is in addition to the original tune. In addition to direct delivery (folk song-to-song activities), more needs to pass through the necessary artistic processing (that is, adaptation creation) to achieve the purpose of widespread popularization. The series of music narratives constructed through “ethnic singing” regain Nanling the cultural identity and historical memory of the Yao ethnic group in the corridor. Although the Nans in the Nanling Corridor Yao face the disadvantage of being assimilated and modernized, the power of the musical narrative and ethnic cultural identity metaphorized by the Yao ethnicity in the Nanling Corridor Yao is huge. , Permanent, and presents a distinct cultural consciousness in the context of its longterm social and historical development, and is also a modern expression of the traditional culture of the Yao tribe in the Nanling Corridor Yao.
