Abstract:Multifocal epithelial hyperplasia, commonly known as Heck's Disease, is a viral condition that primarily affects children and young adults, often with a higher prevalence among indigenous populations. This condition typically follows a self-limiting course and tends to resolve spontaneously. In this case, a 10-year-old female patient was referred to a dental office with multiple papules that shared a similar color and were distributed along her upper and lower lips and buccal mucosa. The lesions had been present for approximately two years, and the patient had a family history of similar cases.
