Status and Countermeasures of Aquatic Products Quality and Safety

Abstract:China is powerful in production and consumption of aquatic products,the quality and safety of aquatic products is directly related to consumers′ health and life,so the management of quality and safety of aquatic products is greatly important. This paper discussed the existing problems in current aquatic products quality safety such as water pollution,traditional ways.It put forward countermeasures such as improving the water environment standard,promoting of ecological friendly aquaculture mode and developping modern fishery seed industry. With science,we could promote fishery modernization level,gradually realize the commercialization of aquatic products,the brand,the stability of the quality of aquatic products,guarantee the quality and safety of aquatic products.
