Abstract:The application of S7 - 200PLC in the pulverizer control system is introduced in this paper with detailed explanation of hardware configuration and program design. The experience of solving some problems in the system is presented in addition. This system is one part of the beer saccharification process control system, which has been in good condition since early 2001 till now.

Abstract:The simply analyzes the principle of tea twisting. Then the whole design train of thought of automation control is proposed,which is divided into four subsystem:speed regulating,pressure control,the control of handling of leaves and display,taking PLC as the main control unit. The selection and connect of PLC are realized by simple analysis. The communication of the whole system is analyzed to establish Modbus communication protocol.

Abstract:The design of the imprinting machine for polymeric microfluidic chip was introduced.The imprinting machine can be heated and cooled by TEC,pressed by hydraulic pressure in a vacuum maintained by a pump.Realtime control between PC and PLC is realized through serial communication by freeport mode,and the control of temperature and pressure is realized by PLC.It is showed that the experimental results agree with the high quality and precision of the polymeric microfluidic chips made by this machine.

Abstract:A stepper motor subdivision control system has been designed in this paper,which is based on ARM7 chip LPC2214 and the LMD18245 electrical machinery special-purpose driver chip.The "linear + sine" wave driver method and the electric current vector constant breadth algorithm is used in this system.The digital wave data is generated by ARM controller,which is converted to corresponding control voltage.The voltage is enlarged by driver chip LMD18245 to drive the two-phase stepper motor.The control sign is input by the keyboard,and the frequency and the subdivided multiple are displayed by liquid crystal.The software based on uCLinux and MiniGUI platform is designed.Multi-purpose control of the stepper motor and 4096 subdivision multiple are realized in the system.

Abstract:Aiming at the color yellow, darker or burnt problems generated in tea carding, by the analysis of tea carding technology, tempera-ture control, fuzzy algorithm and fuzzy-PID control technology, fuzzy algorithm and fuzzy-PID control technology was applied in tea carding machine control system. A design of tea carding machine double fuzzy control system based on fuzzy algorithm, fuzzy-PID control technology, and STM32 ARM Cortex-M3 microcontroller was presented. Simulations about traditional PID control system and double fuzzy control system were made in Matlab, and also the experiments about the both systems on 6CLZ-60 tea carding machine were done. The results indicate that the parameters which output by this control system are ideal of tea carding, the temperature departure is less then 1 ℃. The double fuzzy control system for tea carding machine can reduce the human factors in the process of tea-making, improve the quality or tea carding and the intelligent level of the machine for tea-making.

Abstract:Aiming at the features of the temperature system of fractionating tower,i.e.complex structure and high precision requirement,the temperature is controlled by adopting Siemens S7-300 programmable controller.The single parameter fuzzy PID modulation method is used in the control loop.In addition,the single parameter fuzzy PID control is combined with the logic judgment instruction in programmable controller,thus PID control becomes more flexible,and better meets the requirements of productive process.The result of practical operation verifies the feasibility and precision of using PLC in temperature control system of fractionating tower.

Abstract:Abstract Aiming at the automatic steering control system of agricultural machinery, this paper puts forward the method of using S7-200 intelligent PLC of Siemens company as the core controller, which uses the high-speed pulse signal output by the controller to control the stepper motor to drive the rotation of the steering shaft, realizes the automatic steering through the control of the motor speed and steering, uses the encoder to detect the rotation angle of the steering shaft to realize the feedback control, and selects the touch screen to realize the user interaction scheme.
