Abstract:This paper provides a perspective on the concept of employee performance based on e-HRM in the coal mining service industry in Indonesia. The research methodology uses documentary analysis of empirical studies and examines the perceptions of managers working in the HRM field. e-HRM is human resources management that is supported by digital technology, while employee performance in this case is the performance of employees who work in coal mining companies. This study aims to identify e-HRM practices to improve employee performance in terms of green employee behavior in the workplace. The results show that employee performance is closely related to e-HRM, green employee motivation, and person-job fit. Dynamic business conditions are a challenge for companies to be able to achieve productivity, and efficiency and always pay attention to the impact of safety, health & environment (SHE). HRD Department must provide support and develop appropriate competencies for its employees to improve employee professionalism. Managers must also be adept at empowering employees, caring about employee welfare, and maintaining employee safety & health. This empirical study and interview of respondents are very necessary for companies that are trying to carry out digital transformation in the HRM field to build production performance and employee awareness of the conditions of the work environment.

Abstract:This article aims to describe Green human resource management (GHRM) as an effort to support environmentally friendly behaviour. GHRM must be explained conceptually so that green human resource management practices can be well understood. This article was prepared using the library study method. Performance management in the management environment provides a challenge in measuring environmental performance standards in various corporate units and obtaining useful data for managers about environmental performance. Green performance appraisal includes themes such as environmental responsibility, environmental incidents and knowledge of environmental policies and issues, as the issues involved in environmental performance appraisal relate to the requirement for managers to be held accountable for environmental performance. Green performance appraisal is a process in which employees are stimulated to enhance professional skills in environmental issues, which helps to achieve environmental performance goals and objectives in a better way. The green reward system plays an important role in motivating people and helping to identify their significant performance towards environmental stewardship.

Abstract:Research in the field of HRM, in improving public service performance at PT. Hutan Sawit Lestari, Central Kalimantan Province. The important role of mediating effectiveness of Green HRM and change management in improving performance, based on TPB theory as the main foundation in achieving performance and developing the abilities of employees who are productive, skilled and creative in the work environment and work relationships. The research was conducted quantitatively with questionnaires to 50 employees and analyzed with Smart PLS 3.0, the results showed significant and positive green human resource management and change management as skill strategies in improving performance with skills, creativity, knowledge and change management to improve performance. The implications of the results show that green HRM and change management can be an HRM management strategy in increasing the effectiveness of performance.

Abstract:Background:Organizations are implementing Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) techniques to improve their environmental performance and overall organizational efficiency as environmental sustainability becomes increasingly important in today's economic climate. GHRM incorporates environmental management concepts into human resource procedures in an effort to lessen their impact on the environment and enhance organizational performance. Objective: This study aims to examine how GHRM practices affect organizational performance, specifically how they affect employee engagement, environmental sustainability, and overall company success. Method: Data were gathered using a structured questionnaire designed to assess various aspects of Green HRM and organizational performance. A quantitative survey was distributed to 150 organizations implementing GHRM practices, achieving a response rate of 75%. The survey included questions on environmental performance metrics, employee engagement, and organizational performance. Additionally, qualitative data were collected through in-depth interviews with 20 HR managers and sustainability officers from the surveyed organizations. Data analysis is performed using SPSS version 28.0 for preliminary analyses and AMOS version 28.0 for SEM. The choice of software is based on its robustness and suitability for advanced statistical analysis. Result: The analysis revealed that 68% of organizations reported significant improvements in their environmental performance, including a 15% reduction in energy consumption and a 20% decrease in waste production. Employee engagement scores increased by an average of 25%, with 60% of respondents noting higher job satisfaction linked to GHRM practices. Furthermore, 55% of organizations experienced enhanced overall business performance, including increased profitability and market competitiveness. Despite these positive outcomes, 40% of organizations reported challenges related to initial investment costs and integrating GHRM practices into existing HR systems. Conclusion: GHRM practices positively influence organizational performance by promoting environmental sustainability and increasing employee engagement. Organizations that effectively integrate GHRM into their HR strategies can significantly improve environmental and business performance. However, overcoming initial implementation challenges is crucial for realizing the full benefits of GHRM. Future research should explore longitudinal effects and sector-specific variations in GHRM impact.

Abstract:This study examined the effect of green human resource management (GHRM) and organizational performance on Singapore's ELPRO Steel Conduit and Cable Support System Manufacturing Industry. This study introduced Green Behavior and Green OCB (Organizational Citizen Behavior) as mediating variables. This study uses a quantitative method. Data analysis used Partial Least Square (PLS) with smart-PLS3 software. The study population was Blue Pearls Pte Ltd Manufacturing Industry, Singapore's ELPRO steel conduit and cable support employees, with 106 respondents using the census sample method. The results showed that all the hypotheses tested were accepted. GHRM significantly impacts employee performance through the dominant factor of employee involvement in environmentally friendly practices. Meanwhile, Green Behavior and Green OCB can indirectly mediate GHRM on employee performance. The results of this research can provide insights for organizational to develop policies, programs and practices that encourage the adoption of GHRM, green Behavior and green OCB of employees and improve employee performance in their organization.

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) on work performance. A quantitative approach was employed to collect numerical data, which underwent statistical analysis. This approach involved the distribution of online questionnaires for convenient feedback collection from respondents. The study tested a set of hypotheses derived from a theoretical model of employee performance using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The focus was on understanding the phenomenon of GHRM among employees through quantitative techniques. Empirical results revealed a significant positive correlation between employee job performance and the five dimensions of green human resource management practices. These dimensions include green recruitment and selection, green performance management, green compensation and incentive systems, green training, and green participation. Notably, employee performance exhibited the strongest correlation with green participation, indicating that successful strategies aligning employee involvements with environmental sustainability goals enhance overall work performance. The findings demonstrate that the adoption of green HRM practices can positively impact workers' productivity. The study emphasizes the importance of prioritizing green HRM practices in businesses. The results suggest that integrating these practices can enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and motivation, ultimately contributing to improved overall performance. The article outlines the core components of GHRM and elucidates how each component can positively influence productivity in the workplace. Organizations are encouraged to consider and implement these practices to realize the associated benefits.

Abstract:This study aims to empirically examine and analyze the role of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) and Environmental Management (EM) on Business Performance (BP) mediated by Green Product Innovation (GPI) and Environmental Commitment (EC). This study involved managers in creative industry companies in DKI Jakarta, Indonesia. From the survey conducted, the researchers obtained the research data from 275 questionnaires distributed. Then from all the data, there were 209 questionnaires that could be processed for further analysis. This study utilized the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis technique with PLS 23 software in the data testing process. Abstract:This study investigates the implementation of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) in the manufacturing industry in Indonesia, with a focus on achieving sustainable organizational performance. It addresses a research gap and develops conceptual models to advance sustainable development goals (SDGs), particularly in Indonesia, encompassing social, economic, educational, health, and environmental aspects. A survey method was employed, utilizing an associative quantitative approach with multivariate statistical techniques, specifically structural equation modeling partial least squares (SEM-PLS). The study involved 75 manufacturing enterprises in Indonesia's Karawang industrial district, with Managers or Supervisors serving as respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire as the primary measurement instrument. The research falls under TKT 2 in terms of technology readiness, involving the formulation of a research model concept. Key findings suggest that the implementation of GHRM practices in the manufacturing industry positively impacts Green Intellectual Capital and contributes to sustainable organizational performance. Furthermore, the study underscores the importance of GHRM in enhancing environmental sustainability and organizational competitiveness within the Indonesian manufacturing sector.

Abstract:Global warming and other environmental issues have become a major focus on the global agenda. Indonesia, as a developing country with a significant industrial sector including the electricity industry, faces significant challenges related to carbon emissions and environmental impacts. This study aims to investigate the influence of Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM) and Green Innovation on company Environmental Performance, considering the role of Employee Green Behavior as a mediator at PT. PLN Distribution Jakarta Raya. The research adopts a quantitative descriptive approach with a cross-sectional design. The research sample consists of employees from PT. PLN Distribution Jakarta Raya selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS). The analysis results indicate that Green Human Resource Management (H1) significantly and positively influences Employee Green Behavior and Environmental Performance at PT. PLN Distribution Jakarta Raya. Furthermore, Green Innovation also has a significant positive effect on employees' green behavior and Environmental Performance in the company. Employee Green Behavior has been shown to contribute significantly to Environmental Performance. However, the influence of Green Innovation on Environmental Performance is not significant. Moreover, Employee Green Behavior can act as a mediator linking the influence of Green Human Resource Management on Environmental Performance, but not in the case of Green Innovation. This study contributes to the fields of environmental management and human resources by highlighting the importance of integrative strategies to achieve better Environmental Performance in companies. The next step involves implementing these practices on a broader scale to support environmental sustainability in the future.

Abstract:Workers as the main actors of SMEs need to understand environmental management as an aspect in order to increase business productivity. Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM) is a tool that can be used to manage the SME workforce by involving environmental aspects. The purpose of this study is to determine the priority of Green HRM criteria for SMEs in Bandung Regency. It is hoped that by producing Green HRM criteria for SMEs and the level of importance for each criterion, strategic steps can be formulated in optimizing Green HRM for SMEs in Bandung Regency. In this research, the research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The method of data collection is done by using a questionnaire with a scale of comparison, interviews and field observations. The data analysis technique was performed using analytical hierarchy process (AHP). The results showed that the implementation of green HRM in SMEs was carried out in an organized manner starting from the recruitment process, selection, training and development, performance evaluation, awards, job descriptions of the workforce and workforce management based on the green concept. Abstract:This study describes that the application of GHRM practices can be seen from the attractiveness of employee selection, including having a commitment to environment. Followed an evaluation carried out more emphasis on environmental performance. In addition, company managers also fully support employees for environmental sustainability policies and support for environmental competence. The test results also prove that the company really considers eco-labeled products, including reducing the use of raw materials in the manufacturing process. Another thing in the test proves that there is an organization's partnership with environmentally friendly suppliers. The results of this study provide insight and help develop knowledge on environmental sustainability for the managerial level that influences the impact of Green Human Resource Management, Green Human Capital and Green Innovation on Environmental Performance Through Green Human Capital and Green Innovation. The four variables were developed into 21 (twenty one) measurement indicators. There are 8 (eight) hypotheses tested to analyze Environmental Performance in PT. Mitrakarya Cipta Gemilang. The research findings show that from the development of 8 (eight) hypotheses, there are 5 (five) hypotheses that are supported by a significant and positive effect; and there are 3 (three) hypotheses that are not supported. From the resulting model it has been proven that GHRM has an effect on Environmental Performance mediated by Green Human Capital.

Abstract:This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Human Resource Management on Employee Performance through Organization Citizenship Behavior for Environment (OCBE). This type of research uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at PT Andalan Bakti Niaga. Sampling using nonprobability techniques with a sample size of 80 people. Data analysis in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) software version 3.2.7. Abstract:This article is a systematic literature review that investigates the impact and role of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) in organizational performance and sustainability. By detailing the findings from 18 related studies, this article discusses the role of GHRM in motivating environmentally friendly behavior among employees and its impact on organizational performance and sustainability. The article's background discusses the urgency of GHRM in responding to global sustainability challenges and enhancing sustainable human resource management practices. The literature review involves a deep understanding of the impact of GHRM on variables such as employee behavior, green innovation, and organizational performance. The research methods include the selection of relevant studies, qualitative data analysis, and the synthesis of these findings. The article's discussion highlights significant findings, such as the positive influence of GHRM on employee green behavior and environmental innovation, as well as its contribution to organizational sustainability. Practical implications involve guidelines for implementing GHRM in organizations, while theoretical implications enrich our understanding of GHRM's role in sustainable human resource management. The conclusion of the article provides a comprehensive overview of the relationship between GHRM and organizational performance and sustainability. Further research recommendations include identifying knowledge gaps and future research opportunities to deepen our understanding of GHRM. This article is expected to contribute to related literature and provide valuable guidance for research and GHRM implementation in various organizational contexts.

Abstract:The objectives of the study are to assess the impact of green human resources management (GHRM) policies and knowledge on the environmental performance of a public transportation company employees. Data from 1130 respondents were analyzed using SmartPLS modeling. The findings that GRHM affected employees of a public transportation company mediated by roles of green human resources management policies and knowledge. GRHM affected public transportation employees’ environmental performance significantly. Employees in the public transportation industry can use the study’s results to their advantage by developing plans to increase their sense of belonging to the company and their impact on the environment. Therefore, many companies understand the value of public transportation employees as the forefront ‘agent of change’ towards a significant positive environmental change in the community.

Abstract:This study aims to analyze the influence of green talent management and green servant leadership on employee performance while also considering the mediating role of innovative work behavior and the moderating role of green servant leadership in the relationship between green talent management and innovative work behavior. It was carried out in the context of employees in the health industry in Bandung. This study utilized a quantitative approach with a causal explanation to test the hypotheses. The respondents were employees who worked in private hospitals in Bandung, with 190 sample sizes selected using purposive sampling. The data were collected and processed using structural equation modeling with the help of Smart PLS software. The results revealed that green talent management and green servant leadership influenced employees’ innovative work behavior, leading to job performance. Moreover, green servant leadership could also strengthen the influence of green talent management on innovative work behavior. This study contributes to the understanding of the concept of environmentally-friendly business through innovative work behavior so it can improve work performance by adopting green practices, thereby reducing the damage caused by the organization. Furthermore, organizations must also consider that environmentally-friendly business practices are a concern and that a strong sensitivity must be instilled.

Abstract:There is nascent scholarship that report the effects of GHRM on individual performance despite direct and indirect association of GHRM with all dimensions of individual performance have not still been explored as demanded to meet sustainability challenges. To address this void in literature, this study has reviewed 78 papers following a systematic approach focused on the linkage of GHRM with multiple dimensions of individual performance. This review has revealed the scholarship trends investigating the direct and indirect association between GHRM and individual performance via 5 GHRM aspects: green recruitment and selection (GRS), green training and development (GTD), green performance management (GPM), green compensation and rewards (GCR), and green employee involvement (GEI). Individual performance dimensions include green behavior, non-green behavior, job satisfaction, green commitment, and green creativity. It has also found that the direct and mediating effects of GHRM on green behavior are the most researched area among all dimensions. On the other hand, the relationship between GHRM and non-green behavior is the least explored area. Finally, a set of future research potentials have been highlighted. The originality of this paper lies in accumulating previous researches of the relevant area and proposing future research avenues for guiding future researchers in the field of GHRM.

Abstract:With date collected from manufacturing firms, using employee participation as constraint index, the paper takes empirical test about the relationship of green innovation strategy and corporate social performance and corporate economic performance. The results show that green innovation strategy can not only improve corporate social performance, but also enhance corporate economic performance, and employee involvement play a mediating role between green innovation strategy and corporate performance.

Abstract:Green human resource management (GHRM) is a practice used to protect the surrounding environment by creating a sustainable culture. GHRM can be carried out in various dimensions including green recruitment and selection, green job analysis and design, green training, and development, green performance management, and green reward management. Of course, this is in accordance with the sustainability of the company or the sustainability of companies that have direct social responsibility towards society and the environment. The purpose of this study is to explain the implementation of GHRM on corporate sustainability in Cikarang companies, Indonesia. This study used a qualitative descriptive-analytical research method by observing 37 respondents at a Cikarang company, in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that companies in Cikarang, Indonesia have started implementing GHRM aspects which focus on environmentally friendly practices of green recruitment and selection, green job analysis and design, green training, and development, green performance management, and green reward management. The application of GHRM certainly helps companies find employees who have awareness and commitment to sustainability issues.

Abstract:This study has the objective of analyzing the positive influence of Green Human Resources Management, Task-Related Pro-Environmental Behavior, Proactive ProEnvironmental Behavior, Green Innovation Practices on Environmental Performance in Banten provincial hospitals using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The data collection carried out in this study used a literature study and a questionnaire which was distributed online through the Google form media and was measured by a Likert scale. A sample of 160 people was determined using purposive sampling. This study shows that GHRM, Task-Related Pro-Environmental Behavior, Proactive Pro-Environmental Behavior, GIP have a positive effect on Environmental Performance. Managerial implications in this research need to pay attention to several variables so that the application can run effectively and improve environmental performance. As well as the limitations, namely this research was only conducted in a Banten regional hospital and further suggestions in this finding have been discussed to monitor GHRM, Pro-Environmental Behavior, and GIP practices that affect employee Environmental Performance. Abstract:This research systematically reviews the literature on Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM) and its impact on employee behavior and organizational performance. Green HRM, which emphasizes environmentally sustainable practices, plays a crucial role in fostering pro-environmental behavior among employees, thereby enhancing their well-being and overall organizational success. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this study analyzes data from accredited scientific journals and recent articles. The findings reveal that Green HRM significantly contributes to creating a sustainable work environment and improving organizational performance. Key practices such as energy efficiency, promoting environmental awareness, and integrating sustainability into HRM policies are shown to have positive effects. However, successful implementation of Green HRM requires strong organizational commitment, employee education, and consideration of external factors like environmental regulations and stakeholder pressure. The study concludes that Green HRM is strategic in achieving sustainability goals and enhancing organizational performance.
