Green Innovation Strategy and Corporate Performance:An Empirical Research with Employee Participation as a Mediating Variable

Abstract:With date collected from manufacturing firms, using employee participation as constraint index, the paper takes empirical test about the relationship of green innovation strategy and corporate social performance and corporate economic performance. The results show that green innovation strategy can not only improve corporate social performance, but also enhance corporate economic performance, and employee involvement play a mediating role between green innovation strategy and corporate performance.
