Abstract:The invention discloses a low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant light power control cable. The low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant light power control cable is composed of two kinds of conductor cable cores, drainage wires, a thin metal hose and six protection layers. The two kinds of conductor cable cores comprise galvanized annealing nickel conductor cable cores and galvanized annealing aluminum conductor cable cores, the galvanized annealing nickel conductor cable cores are arranged in 28 groups, the galvanized annealing aluminum conductor cable cores are arranged in six groups, the two drainage wires are galvanized aluminum alloy drainage wires, the thin metal hose is a silver plated aluminum alloy metal hose, and the six protection layers comprise a galvanized aluminum alloy armored layer, an ethylene propylene rubber insulation layer, a galvanized copper wire shielding layer, a perfluorinated polyethylene insulating layer, a low-smoke halogen-free polyethylene sheath layer and a low-smoke halogen-free ethylene propylene sheath layer from inside to outside. The cable has the advantages of retarding inflaming, and resisting high temperature, oxidation and ageing, can be widely applied to the fields of petrochemical engineering, power and the like, and is good in drainage effect.
