Abstract:In today's society, with the high requirements of the quality for students in colleges and universities,college students part-time job has become a common phenomenon. Followed, many problems also arise. In this paper, through questionnaire, interview and so on form research. The legal position for part-time jobs of college students is not allowed, social attention is not enough, the lack of management by the competent department of education, as well as the legal consciousness of college students themselves is not high lead to many problems in the process of college students' part-time jobs. Study should clear college student's part-time legal position; determine the legal regulatory body, strengthen the media supervision; set up college students part-time management center, head up college students part-time job as a whole; Students should enhance their legal consciousness, and improve their ability to protect.

Abstract:In recent years, an increasing number of college students taking part-time jobs are accompanied with more cases in which their interests and rights are infringed at work. Apart from reasons like that college students have limited legal awareness, universities have loose management and relevant departments neglect their duties, analyzed from the prospective of laws, the fundamental reason is that college students taking part-time jobs are not protected by the labor law. In fact, the issue can be addressed by recognizing college students' identities as laborers, integrating theminto the part-time employment system under the labor law context, and formulating special laws and regulations considering the characteristics of college students so as to entitle them to the treatment of ordinary laborers in terms of labor remuneration, working hours, social insurance and ways to solve labor disputes and eventually to guarantee their legitimate interests and rights.

But because of their special status in the labor law, their rights and interests have always been infringed. From the perspective of labor laws and regulations, the author concluded that the part-time college students faced the legal difficulties such as the lack of specialized laws and regulations and not clear relationship between them and employers, and suggested that they should be written into the scope of labor law, the administrative rules should be regulated and specific measures must be taken to protect their rights and interests.

Abstract:With the development of economy, people have higher requirements for material and even spirit. In addition, the spare time of college is more than that of high university. Therefore, more and more college students stepped out of the ivory tower and began to engage in part-time jobs. Such things become more common. However, college students will inevitably encounter some problems in the part-time job due to inadequate experience and weak legal knowledge. And universities have failed to set up specialized institutions to establish a standardized part-time market to protect the legitimate rights and interests of students. "Should college students engage in part-time jobs", "how to deal with the relationship between part-time jobs and their studies", "how to obtain safe and reliable part-time information", and "what measures should colleges and universities take in this regard" have been hot topics in universities. In order to gain insight into the status and influence of part-time jobs for college students, so as to further develop education and management of students in the future, we conducted questionnaire surveys and on-site student interviews.

On the Qualifications of College Students Doing Part-time Jobs as Statutory Civil Subjects in the Labor Law

Abstract:Due to the inexplicitness in the provisions regarding the qualifications of statutory civil subjects in the Labor Law as well as because of the absence of relevant laws and regulations in this regard,there are a large proportion of student part-timers whose legitimate labor rights and interests are infringed upon in the process of doing their part-time jobs.To counter these problems,based on a clear conceptual distinction among part-time jobs,work-study programs,internships and so on,initiatives should be taken to bring student part-timers into the protection of labor laws in light of the useful practices of other countries so that they can enjoy the minimum wage benefit,industrial damage insurance and other labor security and social insurance schemes.Meanwhile,endeavors should also be made to strengthen the duties of college administrative departments in charge of students' part-time jobs and to reinforce the publicity of laws.

Abstract:Sense of social responsibility, as an important part of ideological and political education for college students, is an ideological and moral quality that Chinese college students must possess. Part-time jobs, the basic way for college students to contact the society, may affect their sense of social responsibility. However, there has so far been little research on part-time jobs and college students’ sense of social responsibility in China. This article analyzes the influence of duration and types of part-time jobs on college students’ sense of social responsibility and the internal mechanism. It has been found that these two factors have a significant positive impact on college students’ sense social responsibility, and the subjective evaluation of college students plays a moderating role in the duration of part-time jobs and their sense of social responsibility.

Abstract:With the China Academic Journals in Network Publishing Database(CNKI) as the data source and using bibliographic information co-occurrence mining software and SPSS software,a co-word cluster analysis of students' rights of high-frequency words is done,which shows that in the research field of college students' rights,there are seven hot topics.In order to further quantify these topics,the paper analyses the highest citation frequency of the content for the document topics,and this study further reveals that : the seven research themes above generally reflect the fundamental rights of students in the areas of research focus and topic structure.Among them,legal protection of their legitimate rights and interests when practising or taking part-time jobs," managing school by law " and " infringement of rights and rights awareness " and so on have absolute advantages over other subjects in terms of number.
