Abstract:Voronin's theorem on the `Universality'' of Riemann zeta function is shown to imply that Riemann zeta function is a fractal (in the sense that Mandelbrot set is a fractal) and a concrete ``representation'' of the ``giant book of theorems'' that Paul Halmos referred to.

Abstract:We establish several new fractal and number theoretical phenomena connected with expansions which are generated by infinite linear iterated function systems. First of all we show that the systems $\Phi$ of cylinders of generalized Lüroth expansions are, generally speaking, not faithful for the Hausdorff dimension calculation. Using Yuval Peres' approach, we prove sufficient conditions for the non-faithfulness of such families of cylinders. On the other hand, rather general sufficient conditions for the faithfulness of such covering systems are also found. As a corollary of our main results, we obtain the non-faithfullness of the family of cylinders generated by the classical Lüroth expansion. Possible infinite entropy of the stochastic vector $Q_\infty$ which determines the metric relations for partitions of the generalized Lüroth expansions, possible non-faithfulness of the family $\Phi(Q_\infty)$ and the absence of general formulae for the calculation of the Hausdorff dimension even for probability measures with independent identically distributed symbols of generalized Lüroth expansions are all facts that do not allow to apply usual probabilistic methods, as well as methods of dynamical systems to study fractal properties of corresponding subsets of non-normal numbers. Despite of the above mentioned difficulties, we develop new approach to the study of subsets of $Q_\infty$-essentially non-normal numbers and prove (without any additional restrictions on the stochastic vector $Q_{\infty}$) that this set is superfractal. This result answers the open problem mentioned in \cite{AKNT2} and completes the metric, dimensional and topological classification of real numbers via the asymptotic behaviour of frequencies their digits in the generalized Lüroth expansion.

Abstract:In this article, it is shown that Riemann's zeta function zeta(s) admits two limit representations when R(s) > 1. Each of these limit representations is deduced by using simple arguments based upon the classical Tannery's (limiting) theorem for series.

Abstract:In 1975 Voronin proved the universality theorem for the Riemann zeta-function $\zeta(s)$ which roughly says that any admissible function $f(s)$ is approximated by $\zeta(s)$. A few years later Reich proved a discrete analogue of this result. The proofs of these theorems are almost identical but it is not known whether one of them implies the other. We will see that if we translate the question in the language of linear dynamics then there is a link which we exploit to obtain in a straightforward way a big variety of discrete universality results appearing in the literature.

Abstract:The Riemann Hypothesis, originally proposed by the eminent mathematician Bernard Riemann in 1859, remains one of the most profound challenges in number theory. It posits that all non-trivial zeros of the Riemann zeta function {\zeta}(s) are concentrated precisely along the critical line where the real part equals 1/2. In this paper, our aim is to present an attempt to prove this conjecture. Our approach relies on the use of the reflection formula. By applying this tool with precision and insight, we can conclusively establish that {\xi}(s)^2 (Riemann's {\xi}-function) is valid only when Re(s)=1/2. As a direct consequence of this determination, we can assert that every zero of both {\xi}(s)^2 and {\xi}(s) has a real part equal to 1/2. This, in turn, leads us to the tentative conclusion that the real part of all non-trivial zeros of the zeta function is consistently 1/2.

Abstract:This article deals with applications of Voronin's universality theorem for the Riemann zeta-function $\zeta$. Among other results we prove that every plane smooth curve appears up to a small error in the curve generated by the values $\zeta(\sigma+it)$ for real $t$ where $\sigma\in(1/2,1)$ is fixed. In this sense, the values of the zeta-function on any such vertical line provides an atlas for plane curves. In the same framework, we study the curvature of curves generated from $\zeta(\sigma+it)$ when $\sigma>1/2$ and we show that there is a connection with the zeros of $\zeta'(\sigma+it)$. Moreover, we clarify under which conditions the real and the imaginary part of the zeta-function are jointly universal.

Abstract:In this paper, we explore novel chaotic dynamics derived from the Riemann and von Mangoldt function formula regarding the distribution of nontrivial zeros of the Riemann zeta function. By computing Lyapunov exponents, we demonstrate that the derived dynamics exhibit chaotic behavior when the gaps between zeros are within a certain bound, specifically up to 2.4. Beyond this threshold, the dynamics do not display chaotic behavior. Furthermore, we derive a chaotic operator for the Riemann zeta function within the critical strip, utilizing the correction term from the Riemann-von Mangoldt formula. We establish the chaotic nature and Hermiticity of this operator, and discuss its diagonalization properties. Moreover, our study reveals a remarkable compatibility between our derived chaotic operator and the quantum hydrogen model, as evidenced by the analysis of its eigenvalues resembling the energy levels of hydrogen. Numerical evidence, including Lyapunov exponents, bifurcation analysis, and entropy computation, underscores the unpredictability of the system. Additionally, we establish a connection between our chaotic operator and the prime number theorem regarding the density of primes. Furthermore, our investigation suggests that this chaotic operator strongly supports the validity of the Riemann hypothesis, as proposed by Hilbert and Polya. These findings shed light on the intricate relationship between chaotic dynamics, number theory, and quantum mechanics, offering new perspectives on the behavior of the Riemann zeta function and its zeros. Finally, we demonstrate the Hermiticity and diagonalization properties of our operator using the spectral theorem, further elucidating its mathematical properties and unboundedness.

Disproof of the Riemann Hypothesis

Abstract:The Riemann Hypothesis is a conjecture that all non-trivial zeros of Riemann Zeta function are located on the critical line in the complex plane. Hundreds of propositions in function theory and analytic number theory rely on this hypothesis. However, the problem has been unresolved for over a century. Here we show that at least one set of quadruplet-zeros exists outside the critical line through expanding the infinite product of the Riemann Xi zero function. We found that assuming there are no zeros outside the critical line will result in a contradiction with the known result that the reciprocal sum of all zeros of the xi-function is a constant, thereby refuting the Riemann Hypothesis.

Abstract:The main result of the paper is a definition of possible ways of the confirmation of the Riemann hypothesis based on the properties of the vector system of the second approximate equation of the Riemann Zeta function. The paper uses a feature of calculating the Riemann Zeta function in the critical strip, where its approximate value is determined by partial sums of the Dirichlet series, which it is given. These expressions are called the first and second approximate equation of the Riemann Zeta function. The representation of the terms of the Dirichlet series by vectors allows us when analyzing the polyline formed by these vectors: 1) explain the geometric meaning of the generalized summation of the Dirichlet series in the critical strip; 2) obtain formula for calculating the Riemann Zeta function; 3) obtain the functional equation of the Riemann Zeta function based on the geometric properties of vectors forming the polyline; 4) explain the geometric meaning of the second approximate equation of the Riemann Zeta function; 5) obtain the vector equation of non-trivial zeros of the Riemann Zeta function; 6) determine why the Riemann Zeta function has non-trivial zeros on the critical line; 7) understand why the Riemann Zeta function cannot have non-trivial zeros in the critical strip other than the critical line.

Riemann zeta functions for Krull monoids

Abstract:The primary purpose of this paper is to generalize the classical Riemann zeta function to the setting of Krull monoids with torsion class groups. We provide a first study of the same generalization by extending Euler's classical product formula to the more general scenario of Krull monoids with torsion class groups. In doing so, the Decay Theorem is fundamental as it allows us to use strong atoms instead of primes to obtain a weaker version of the Fundamental Theorem of Arithmetic in the more general setting of Krull monoids with torsion class groups. Several related examples are exhibited throughout the paper, in particular, algebraic number fields for which the generalized Riemann zeta function specializes to the Dedekind zeta function.

Abstract:We study fractal properties of unbounded domains with infinite Lebesgue measure via their complex fractal dimensions. These complex dimensions are defined as poles of a suitable defined Lapidus fractal zeta function at infinity and are a generalization of the Minkowski dimension for a special kind of a degenerated relative fractal drum at infinity. It is a natural generalization of a similar approach applied to unbounded domains of finite Lebesgue measures investigated previously by the author. In this case we adapt the definition of Minkowski content and dimension at infinity by introducing the so-called $\phi$-shells where $\phi$ is a real parameter. We show that the new notion of the upper $\phi$-shell Minkowski dimension is independent on the paramter $\phi$ and well adapted to the fractal zeta function at infinity. We also study how the new definition connects with the one-point compactification and the classical fractal properties of the corresponding compactified domain. We also give a construction of maximally hyperfractal and of quasperiodic domains at infinity of infinite Lebesgue measure.

Abstract:Ramanujan Summation is one of the most important foundational results which is linked to many important results across fields including Renormalization Techniques having applications in QFT-Physics, to the celebrated most important 160 years old open problem of Riemann Zeta Function hence Riemann Hypothesis among many others. The Result of Ramanujan Summation is surrounded by beauty, magic, unknowability, Undecidability about the infinite Series Sum of such types under the set of existing rules involving Infinite Series. Ramanujan’s Summation Identity is one of the greatest mysteries in Science popular worldwide.In this paper, we try to show that since Ramanujan Summation and in general any such Summation involving Infinite Series Divergence could be fundamentally Self- Inconsistent and Undecidable Truth through Self-Reference! . This also leads to the Undecidability of the celebrated Riemann Hypothesis, involving Infinite Divergent Series i.e. Riemann Hypothesis can’t be consistently proven or disproven under this set of undecidable rules of axioms involving infinity due to foundational self-referential issue. This is like Godel’s Undecidable Statement through Self-Referential type Issue! Infact, the Rules of Such Infinite Divergent Series themselves appear uncertain, undecidable. Different Summation approaches involving complex analysis e.g. Abel, Cesaro, Zeta Regularization etc. also seem foundationally self-inconsistent!Even the famous Fields and Abel Laureate Michael Attiyah had recently claimed that Riemann Hypothesis is Undecidable statement in Godel context Many other greats have speculated the same in history but have not been able to clearly show why it could be Undecidable. We shall try to show if that’s true or not! This leads to probably one of the most important foundational results in Number Theory-Mathematics and raises future extremely important open questions for the development of mathematics!

Abstract:In recent years L-functions and their analytic properties have assumed a central role in number theory and automorphic forms. In this expository article, we describe the two major methods for proving the analytic continuation and functional equations of $L$-functions: the method of integral representations, and the method of Fourier expansions of Eisenstein series. Special attention is paid to technical properties, such as boundedness in vertical strips; these are essential in applying the converse theorem, a powerful tool that uses analytic properties of L-functions to establish cases of Langlands functoriality conjectures. We conclude by describing striking recent results which rest upon the analytic properties of L-functions.
