Abstract:In recent years, unmanned surface vessels have played a vital role in Antarctic scientific research missions, especially in Antarctic ocean surveys and port surveillance. High-precision positioning technology is essential to ensure reliable autonomous navigation of unmanned ships in Antarctic navigation and operations. Carrier positioning is the main technology for high-precision positioning, but factors such as signal interruption and geographical environment can cause the GNSS receiver to lose lock, causing cycle slips in the carrier phase. If the carrier phase with cycle slip is used for positioning solution, serious positioning errors will occur. Effective processing of cycle slips can result in cleaner carrier phase data, help fix ambiguities and improve accuracy. This paper proposes a smooth Doppler-aided phase pseudo-range cycle slip detection method to reduce the impact of observation noise and improve detection accuracy. For manually added cycle slips, the detection success rate reaches 100%. In the dynamic Antarctic experiment, in PPP mode, the root mean square values in the E, U, and N directions are 0.055 m, 0.034 m, and 0.037 m respectively, reaching centimeter-level accuracy. This research is of great significance for high-precision positioning applications in Antarctica.
