Abstract:With the advent of the new era of art and technology, the integration between technology and design is becoming increasingly close, bringing new opportunities and challenges for the cultivation of design innovation talents. This article deeply explores the training model of technology-enabled design innovation talents in the context of new art and technology, and analyzes the implementation path, effectiveness, and existing problems of this model through real cases, aiming to provide new ideas and methods for design education.

Abstract:By analyzing the status quo and problems of the innovative talents training model in China, the three-core driving model for the innovative talents training is proposed under the background of digital economy. They included the "endogenous +introduce from outside" of the government, the "1+1 + N" of the enterprise, and the "communicating" with research and research of the univerdity.. On the basis, We further propose releated policies for the new model of innovative talent training, and wish providing some reference for the cultivation of innovative talents in the context of digital economy.

Abstract:It is a necessity to cultivate and foster innovative talents to adapt to the economic and industrial development in building an innovative country. In this paper, the relevance between enterprise development and higher vocational college′s development is explored by analyzing the essence of technology foresight. Then the basic elements of technology foresight in the vocational talents training, the technology foresight program in vocational training, and the factors influencing the outcome of technology foresight on the vocational training are proposed. Meanwhile, attentions should be paid to use the technology foresight continuously to anticipate the outcome of the teaching process, so that the application of technology foresight into the vocational talents training is both theoretical and practical.

Abstract:The rapid development of digital technology has created a variety of forms of digital media. In these emerging media, with the support of high-performance computers, increasingly dynamic performance has become possible, and the public has cultivated a preference for dynamic content cognition. This study, based on the basic characteristics of visual perception to the cognition of motion form, aims to cultivate the cognitive literacy of pan-digital media with innovative concepts and entrepreneurship education and to explore the cognition and innovative expression methods of dynamic language in digital design. The research leads the static oriented morphological exploration and expression to the dynamic expression and thinking of the same concept object. The basic thinking steps for students from “static” to “dynamic” are established, and students are encouraged to use “Synesthesia,” “metaphor” and other methods to carry out a “dynamic expression” level of emotional association. In the experiment, two different ways of design expression, static and dynamic, are required to design and evolve graphics. In this study, 50 freshmen were selected as the training objects for the planning and training of design thinking and performance means. In the visual elaboration and expression of the inner emotion of the same content with innovative concept and entrepreneurship education, not only should the changes and combinations of the graphics be innovated, but the emotional characteristics of the more abstract graphics should be explored as well. The feedback data of students’ thinking and cognition differences in the two stages of expression were obtained through a questionnaire and analyzed and compared. The experimental results show that after the training, students’ ability to develop innovative concepts and entrepreneurship education through dynamic expression, consciousness and perception were significantly improved. This research also provides a new vision and specific implementation method for the future training of digital dynamic innovation expression ability and the cultivation of innovative concepts of digital media literacy and entrepreneurship education.

Abstract:This paper investigates the current issues and shortcomings in aerospace control education, and proposes an exploration of digital approaches to enhance this field. Traditional teaching methods, which primarily consist of theoretical lectures and laboratory experiments, often lack intuitiveness and interactivity, making it challenging to engage students effectively. By integrating the practical outcomes from Zhejiang University's aerospace education and its research experience in aerospace digitalization, this paper suggests leveraging digital technologies, such as artificial intelligence and virtual reality, to enhance aerospace control education. Abstract:Through literature analysis, questionnaire survey and field interviews, this paper statistically analyzes the professional data of six institutions containing engineering majors in Tangshan City, and then thoroughly analyzes the characteristic reform and innovation methods of four institutions, namely, North China University of Science and Technology, Tangshan Polytechnic College, Tangshan College and Tangshan Normal College, to explore how to cultivate high-caliber talents under the background of the new engineering discipline. The study finds that the cultivation of high-quality talents needs to highlight the following innovations: (1) Deepen the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality, strengthen the practical teaching link, and enhance the quality of talent cultivation, including professional knowledge, practical ability, and humanistic literacy, etc.; (2) "Project-based" drive students' independent innovation, including entrepreneurial plans, experimental development, and competitions, etc., to improve students' practical ability and innovation consciousness; (3) Parallel enterprise feedback to expand the boundaries of employment services, including explaining employment policies, analyzing the employment situation, teaching career choice skills and other ways. The research in this paper has certain reference significance for the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities under the background of new engineering disciplines, which is conducive to better cultivating high-quality talents in line with the needs of the society.

Abstract:According to the development and construction of the "new engineering disciplines", the training requirements for talents and the construction of digital content security course are discussed in this paper. Based on the current development situation, this paper clarifies the tightness of digital content security and the development of "new engineering disciplines". The digital content security course has both a complete frontier theoretical system and close correlation with various new engineering disciplines. Combining these two characteristics, this paper proposes three aspects of construction: comprehensive social resources, the formation of a new curriculum teaching system, and the creation of a digital content security gold course; further introduction of school-enterprise cooperation, promotion of the combination of production and education, practical and targeted activities; training of students’ ability to master and apply digital content security and promotion of the construction of applied undergraduate programs.

Abstract:This article examines the pathway to digital transformation and upgrading in undergraduate institutions, using the civil engineering program at Chongqing Three Gorges University as a case study, focusing on six key areas: developing a high-quality digital talent training program for civil engineering; assembling diverse resources to create a digital, multi-scenario open learning environment that encompasses teaching, research, and practical training for civil engineering undergraduates; piloting innovative digital teaching models for civil engineering undergraduates; crafting a new model for digital resource provision, utilizing self-developed and specialized resources; devising assessment methods and ongoing improvement strategies based on the achievement of students’ digital competencies; and devising a new, three-dimensional, multi-modal teaching evaluation system through intelligent data capture and analysis.
