Abstract:The developments and crises experienced by the Algerian security Being in the last decade of the twentieth century has shown clearly the serious security challenges experienced by the security system Algerian similar to the rest of the security systems of the Third World countries during the period of transition from the Cold War to the post-war, and so where construction and ways to draw closer ones. The midwife to discuss and debate the point is that the only challenge facing the Algerian security system along the lines of the global system is the threats posed by modern terrorism. Will not carefully examine the impact of the capacity of the ground force and Investigation on the effectiveness of the rules and control center of the Algerian military guidance and strategy. This will not reflect any judgment on this point and the core of the central concept of the real, which cannot be denied.
