A Bibliometric Comparative Analysis and Enlightenment of College Students' Employment Service for China and Foreign Countries

Abstract:From the perspective of comparison, this paper analyzes the core documents in the field of college students' employment services (the documents are from CSSCI and WOS core collection databases respectively), and uses bibliometrics and visualization technology to conduct bibliometric analysis from the aspects of the number of documents, authors, research institutions, classification of literature disciplines, etc., objectively presenting the similarities and differences of research at home and abroad. Based on the literature research of college students' employment service and the current situation in China, this paper analyzes the possible problems of employment service, and gives three corresponding suggestions: 1. Strengthen the cooperation between scholars and institutions of college students' employment service research; 2. Use a comprehensive and multidisciplinary perspective to study the employment services of college students; 3. Build a multi-level employment service goal and form of college students' employment service system.
