Abstract:This paper discusses how to improve the cultivation of college students' innovative ability through open laboratories. Firstly, it introduces the concept and advantages of open laboratories, then analyzes in detail the role of open laboratories in the cultivation of college students' innovation ability, and finally puts forward specific measures to improve college students' innovation ability through open laboratories. Through the implementation of these measures, we aim to improve students' innovation and practice ability, independent learning ability, practical operation ability and comprehensive quality, in order to adapt to the demand for software engineering professionals under the background of new engineering disciplines.

Abstract:Based on the engineering education idea of CDIO,a novel mode of bringing up talents being able to design,research and development(DRD) has been founded for the transforming and upgrading of local economy.The mode attaches most importance to the innovation of curriculum systems which are characterized by " General curricula+Major basic courses+Major courses+Featured course cluster ",and gives prominence to integrated teaching of theoretical knowledge and practice ability which are needed by future application-oriented talents of innovation and entrepreneurship.Focusing on the training target of DRD talents,the mode has been carried out according to the following approaches :(1) Setting up and adjusting market-oriented majors;(2) Using " Research-based learning " as an overall mode to innovate teaching reformation;(3) Regarding employment as the fundamentality to potentiate the construction of teacher teams qualified highly both in theory and practice;(4) Taking service as the chance of development to incubating talents by cooperation among government,industry and university and(5) Considering " Quality engineering " as the turning point to establish and improve the supervising and evaluating mechanism for teaching.

Abstract:Abstract In the face of globalization and the rapid evolution of information technology, higher education, particularly in computer science, encounters both challenges and opportunities. This paper investigates strategies for fostering innovation and digital competency among university computer science students. Through an analysis of teaching methodologies across various institutions, student development, and industry collaborations, we propose a comprehensive educational framework. We evaluate and refine our student innovation ability assessment system by employing both quantitative and qualitative approaches, including the entropy weight method and gray correlation analysis. By updating curriculum content, prioritizing hands-on learning, and enhancing industry partnerships, we demonstrate a marked improvement in students’ programming and practical skills—showing 20% and 25% increases, respectively. Our findings advocate for a holistic revamp of teaching approaches, course material, and university-enterprise collaborations, aligning computer science education with the demands of the digital age.

Abstract:The domestic open source industry is showing a vigorous development trend, with many industrial-level open source projects springing up, injecting new vitality into China's independent innovation and industrial development. However, in the face of global competition, we must face up to the challenges we are currently facing. China's open source community is still in a disadvantageous position on the international stage. There is a significant gap between the performance of enterprises in the open source field and that of foreign countries, and there is also a serious shortage of open source talent reserves in domestic universities. In view of this, this article deeply analyzes the shortcomings in the development of open source industry talents, focuses on how to inject strong impetus into new productivity, and deeply explores the connotation characteristics and promotion path of open source talent cultivation, emphasizing the key role of open source talents in the formation of new productivity. Based on these analyses, this article proposes a series of countermeasures and suggestions, including supporting the development of open source communities, strengthening the construction of open source talent teams in enterprises, strengthening the cultivation and echelon construction of open source talents in universities, integrating talent elements and scientific and educational resources, and exerting the siphon effect of talents, aiming to help China achieve a leading position in the open source industry and promote the sustainable development of new productivity.

Abstract:The creative applied talents trained to combined with engineering practice by the high engineering college is the objective requirement of the current society. To establish opening-Lab is the key points that the engineering college cultivates creative applied talents. This paper analyzes the present situation of practice teaching in college laboratory and the existing problems, expounded the necessity, proposed the speciifc measures and summarized the form and content of laboratory opening. To explore how to effectively carry out opening-Lab work, some of these measures have been implemented in vehicle engineering laboratory of our college and achieved good results.

Abstract:In the context of the new era, cultivating high-quality innovative talents and technical skills has become an urgent requirement to promote the development of the software industry. Abstract:With the swift development of technology in recent years, entrepreneurs are facing rapid changes in industry. To cope with such changes at home and abroad, The Ministry of Education is actively promoting innovative education with the aim of cultivating students' entrepreneurship. On this basis, this study proposes an innovative curriculum design based on an Internet-of-Things (IoT) programming course. The reason is that it develops computational thinking skills while students are learning programming and also cultivates logical thinking skills and problem-solving skills, which are critical to entrepreneurship. We also design a number of learning activities that enable students to express their opinions and ideas while gaining more knowledge through peer interaction and discussion. Overall, this study explores the impact of "maker education" on students' attitudes toward computer thinking. The results indicate that maker education has a positive impact on their ability to learn computer skills. In terms of learning motivation, students are not motivated by maker education and reduce their confidence on the curriculum. The reason may be that the curriculum requires the acquisition of software and hardware skills, which will increase the student's learning burden, so they more likely to encounter learning disabilities.
