Abstract:Abstract Information technology innovation is the inevitable trend of the development of the times. ince the cloud computing, mobile technology, Internet of Things technology and big data was put forward, developed and applied in the new era, new development and construction paths have been explored in various fields. As the main place of social talent input, university educational institutions are constantly exploring new educational paths. Through the integration of Information technology and traditional education, we have effectively promoted the transformation and upgrading of professional and theoretical education. This paper first analyzes the necessity of carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students under the background of “Internet +”. Then, taking Shandong universities as an example, this paper investigates the actual situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education by questionnaires. Abstract:Innovation and entrepreneurship and education have become an important topic in China’s higher education. Based on pedagogy theory, this paper divides innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities into three levels: ideological education, innovative education and entrepreneurial education. Innovation is the content of higher education, and it is also the ability that contemporary college students must have. Only with education can there be innovation, only with innovation can there be entrepreneurship, and only with entrepreneurship can there be innovation. This is of great significance to the development of multi-level education, universal education, innovation and entrepreneurship education, and the improvement of education, teaching and child-rearing levels. In order to promote the optimization practice of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship education, this paper designs a software system which is convenient for college students’ project application, project implementation, data verification and progress report. At the same time, it can help people review and select team members, thus greatly improving management efficiency.

Abstract:The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area (GBA) has become a vital part of the national development strategy, where innovation and entrepreneurship play pivotal roles in its progress. In order to make meaningful contributions to the GBA’s advancement, regional colleges and universities must leverage the Internet’s advantages to drive educational and teaching reforms. Adopting an “Internet+” perspective, this research investigates the prospects and challenges encountered by GBA higher education institutions in the realm of innovation and entrepreneurship education. Abstract:With the advent of knowledge economy, the competition of comprehensive national power gradually has shifted to talent competition. The cultivation of innovative talents and the incubation of student entrepreneurial teams are the primary educational goals of universities, which is an important part of the national innovation system. University student entrepreneurial teams present the attribute of high technology and unique knowledge advantage. The persistent innovation of student entrepreneurial teams is attributed to knowledge playing a critical role. In particular, in the knowledge-based economic era, student entrepreneurial teams with speed, connection, and intangible value creation have transformed the partly labor-intensive model into a knowledge-intensive competition model. Taking university student entrepreneurial teams as the research object, a total of 500 copies of questionnaire were distributed and 386 valid copies were retrieved, with a retrieval rate of 77%. Through the questionnaire survey, students' awareness, emotion, and will of innovation in innovation education are understood, and their cognition and intention of team cooperation and strategic innovation are investigated. The research results are concluded as follows: (1) Innovation education presents significantly positive correlations with collaboration. (2) Collaboration shows remarkably positive correlations with strategic innovation. (3) Innovation education reveals notably positive correlations with strategic innovation. According to the research result, suggestions are proposed, expecting that China's university student entrepreneurial teams could acquire the advantage of technological innovation by applying the opportunities of broadband and wireless network infrastructure and developing innovative applications and entrepreneurial models.

Abstract:This paper focuses on the university students' innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in our country. Innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities is of great significance for scientific and technological development. University students' innovation and entrepreneurship education is beneficial to facilitate education reform and to promote comprehensive quality of university students and ultimately to advance the overall development of university students. However, the innovation and entrepreneurship education of our country has many problems that mainly reflect in immature education idea, weak teachers group and old education content at present. Through deepening the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education, strengthening the teachers group of innovation and entrepreneurship education, updating teaching content and other aspects, we could implement the reform of university students' innovation and entrepreneurship education.

Abstract:Innovation and entrepreneurship are increasingly associated with economic, technological and social development (Fagerberg, Fosaas, and Sapprasert 2012 ; Landström, Harirchi, and Åström 2012 ). As countries strive to strengthen their knowledge-based economies, policymaking has focused on how innovation and entrepreneurship activities can accelerate economic growth, promote industrial upgrading and transform employment structures (Bartels et al., 2012 ; World Bank, 2015 ). Universities, as organizations dedicated to knowledge transmission, production and application, have come under heighten pressure to demonstrate their contribution in nurturing talents, spurring innovation and supporting the development of knowledge-based economies (Etzkowitz 2003 ; Jessop 2017 ). Notably, universities' engagement with innovation and entrepreneurship is often conceptualized by the term "entrepreneurial university." This concept refers to universities that vigorously generate additional financial resources to support their operation through commercializing knowledge, forming collaborations beyond academia, and integrating an entrepreneurial culture (Clark 2001 ). The "triple helix model" further highlights the need for universities to engage deeply with industry and government to propel economic and social progress (Etzkowitz and Leydesdorff 2000 ). Undoubtedly, the emergence of such concepts has changed the positioning of universities from a support structure for innovation and entrepreneurship through knowledge generation, research output and personnel training to influential actor and equal partner (Etzkowitz 2003 ).

Abstract:Innovation education is the demand of social development, but also an inevitable choice for our response to fierce global competition in the twenty-first century. Through cooperation between university and enterprise and guided by the enterprise demand, they can jointly build the platform for innovation and entrepreneurship practice, establish a teaching mode with the combination of professional practice and innovation/ entrepreneurship practice contest, as well as create an environment for design, innovation and entrepreneurship practice which is close to the real production process. At the same time, college students are expected to cultivate themselves with innovative consciousness, engage in team spirit atmosphere, and realize their potential in innovation and entrepreneurship. Abstract:The global economic trends and the winds of technological change have elevated the status of integration between industry and education for innovation and entrepreneurship to that of being a national strategic priority of China. However, for a long time prior to that, the many differences between the industrial and educational systems have caused a rift between education for innovation and entrepreneurship and professional education, a profound disconnection between professional education and the local industries, and the subsequent disinterest of entrepreneurial mentors. In this paper, we analyze the status of education for innovation and entrepreneurship in Chinese technical universities. It is pointed out that technical universities should deepen the integration between the industry and education for innovation and entrepreneurship in order to mitigate the imbalance between the supply side of the higher education talent training and the demand side of industrial development. It is also argued that technical universities should change their talent training paradigm, which includes a makeover of the organizational structure and of the curricular system, as well as make amends in the innovation ecosystem with respect to the organization of incubation platforms and of teacher–student teams, in order to promote national and regional economic development, as well as social progress. A method to evaluate the performance of the education for innovation and entrepreneurship in Chinese technical universities, based on specific performance indicators including patents filled, publications, awards in competitions, and acquired funding and on certain non-specific ones including organizational arrangements and satisfaction rates, is presented and then applied to the specific case of the Changzhou Institute of Technology.
