Abstract:The classical utopian novels,typically Utopia by Thomas More,are generally ideological novels with a theme put antecedently.They share and are generated from the social background of the great geographical discovery,the Reformation,the monasterial life style and the urbanization process.As Thomas More described in his novel,the public ownership is of originality as well as ambiguity.Later discussion even led to numerous concepts and new literature types such as the Secular-utopia,the Hetero-utopias,the Dystopia and the Anti-utopia.Classical utopian novels stressing the spiritual dimension in human life may possibly impair the other reasonable direction towards the appropriate worldly enjoyment,which discussion differentiates the Classical utopia and the Secular-utopia.Although the great geographical discovery of the Renaissance in Europe is fruitful with a far-reaching influence,the understanding of the richness and diversity of different cultures were inadequate.The subjective assumption as well as casual modeling of the other culture prevailed in the time,at which point the Utopia and the Hetero-utopias were divided.Usually,utopia novels unfold,via an absent object,an imaginary blueprint to contrast with the underdevelopment and ugliness of the real world,and induce the reader to the conclusion that the standing institutions should be ″mostly denied″.This impulse to drastically alter and rebuild the society leads to the argument between the utopian(socialism) and the scientific(socialism) theories.Classical utopian novels are in nature pursuing the ultimate meaning and value,trying to consider the Spiritual Utopia and Institutional Utopia in combination. Meanwhile,the writing and spreading of utopian novels have been an adventure of mind.When different types of Unitarianism emerged in the 20th and the 21st century,Utopianism together with the Dystopia roused broad awareness and hatred.People in utopian world did not evade violence,but pluralistic determinism(Devine,Economical,Political and Social) of history itself.Thus,the alertness for political violence leads to the division between Utopian and Anti-utopian literary works.
