Abstract:AbsractFrom the view of ecology point, talent cultivation ecological environment is a large and complex complex ecosystem. Its most basic function is training compound nationalization talents with innovative spirit and practice ability. Sustainable development is a new mode of human development, aiming at promoting the harmony between humans and the harmony between human and nature, essence is to change the traditional for nature,one-sided development of environmental damage, requiring the economy under the conditions of population, resources and environment constraints are enduring, orderly and steady and harmonious development. Therefore, the evaluation personnel training ecological environment whether sustainable development, both must see the increasing of the number of its development, but also see the consumption level of resource and environment ,and resource environmental damage contrast gains relationship. So, research and determine the index system of the talent training ecological environment sustainable development is very important.
