Ecological analysis of the cultivation of competitive sports talents in Anhui Province

Abstract:The training of reserved talents is the driving force of the development of competitive sports, and the training ecology directly affects the quality and quantity of the training of reserved talents.This study used some research methods including literature, expert interviews, questionnaire, field research and comparative research methods to conduct a research on the external environment influencing the training of sports reserved talents in Anhui Province.The main conclusions are as follows: 1) The training ecology of competitive sports reserved talents is generated through the interaction of the ecological factors of sports training bodies, nature and social factors, which produces the material, energy and information flow, and forms a closed ecological network;2) The political and economic environment are the external environment of the training ecology of reserved talents, and the change of the external factors can cause the external imbalance;3) the external imbalance leads to the internal imbalance, which is the main reason of the backwardness of reserved talents training situation in Anhui Province.On the basis of these conclusions, the suggestions are as follows: 1) optimizing the political and economic environment to establish a scientific and reasonable safeguard - incentive mechanism;2) improving the internal ecosystems to enhance the training scientificity, and stimulate the enthusiasm of the training body;3) optimizing the external factors of the training environment.
