Application of Process Analysis based on Value Objective Improvement in Risk Identification of Supply Chain

Abstract:Identifying the source and driving factors of supply chain risk is the key to manage supply chain risk successfully. At present, most researches focus on specific methods for specific risks. These methods have a broad direction in the macro level, but are not specific enough to the specific point. The solution to problems can only be controlled in the macro level, and sometimes the effect is not obvious. In view of these problems, based on the process described by the supply chain reference model, combined with the process modeling method of value objects, this paper explores the specific internal risk points deeply, obtains the functional risk targets framework and the basic risk target framework, and decomposes the target frameworks simultaneously to establish the supply chain risk objective system. Finally, the application and benefit of this method are illustrated by an example analysis of the dairy supply chain.
