The characteristics of social exclusion situation automatic emotion regulation and psychological mechanism

Abstract:Objective To explore the characteristics of social exclusion situation automatic emotion regulation and psychological mechanism.Methods 120 college students were divided into four groups (each group 30 people):Specific to banish express inhibitory learning group,exiled cognitive reappraisal learning group,refused to express inhibit learning group,and refused to cognitive reappraisal group.With EC subliminal intervention technology as the background,refused to set into the practice situation,mutual understanding paradigm exile group practice,throw the ball into the network paradigm using SAM scale,determination of emotions.Record immediate emotional valence and arousal,implementation of the "100-7" distraction task,SAM for quick self-assessment scale on the computer.Results All the messengers SAM1 and SAM2 averagesl.68,t (114,116)--10.08,P＜0.05.The results of variance analysis confirmed that the context effect significantly (P ＜ 0.05),the strategy of the main effect is not significant,the interaction effect of significance is higher (P＜0.05),and refused to express inhibition compared group,refused to cognitive reappraisal group significantly larger (P ＜ 0.05),exile groups after learning expression suppression strategy,the effect is better,but the difference is not obvious.Conclusion Under the social exclusion situation,automatic emotion regulation characteristics as follows:refused to induce emotional dissociation,after the implementation of cognitive reappraisal,emotion regulation effect is good.Banish induce depression,emotion regulation effect after implementation of expression suppression is better;Compared to exile groups,refused to adjust the effect is better.Automatic regulating psychological mechanism for:exile will start/deny automation is to choose a particular way of emotion regulation,exile groups in this strategy is more inclined to reaction of perfusion,refused to set the automatic first focus strategy to regulate mood.Strategy and the effect of environmental factors can predict the regulation,policy factors mainly plays the intermediary effect.
