Abstract:Cancer is the world's third leading cause of mortality, after only cardiovascular disease, parasitic infection, and infectious disease, according to the World Health Organization (WHO). In 2020, about 19.3 million people have been treated for cancer, demonstrating that cancer continues to be a severe threat to human health in the modern day. As a result, Cancer-related medical needs have remained one of the most intriguing areas of scientific investigation.  In pursuit of such efforts, it has been taken up such studies, particularly anti-cancer drug molecules. In the present investigation, Experimental FT-IR, and UV–Vis spectral analysis of each drug molecule and assignment of suitable vibrational modes of Exemestane and Pazopanib was summarised based on standard FT-IR spectral analysis. The UV–Vis spectra of the titulary drug molecules have been studied and the corresponding energy intervals are computed by using energy wavelength quantum conversions to ascertain the bioactive nature of the molecule and transfer of charge between the frontier orbitals of each drug molecule. The present study examined the molecular docking analysis of Exemestane and Pazopanib. The docking analysis of the drug compound Exemestane was carried out with recombinant human cytochrome p450 aromatase, reported Binding Energy, RMSD, and identified the kinds of hydrogen and other bonds that exist between the atomic sites of the drug molecule and the target recombinant human cytochrome p450 aromatase. The docking analysis of the drug compound Pazopanib with Tyrosine-Protein Kinase ABL1 determined the binding energy and RMSD, the hydrogen, and other bonds between the drug molecule's atomic sites and the target Tyrosine-Protein Kinase ABL1. This aids the improved anti-cancer medication's action mechanism, effectiveness, efficacy, and the design of novel anti-cancerous medications.
