Abstract:This study aims to identify the degree of increase in the internal effects of SMEs’ employees of primary business partners of large enterprises through supporting SMEs of large enterprises for win-win growth. This study was conducted based on basic data obtained through a web survey of employees of primary partner of large enterprises. The sampling method was used to judgmental sampling method for the primary partner (SMEs) of large enterprises that were deemed to be most suitable for the purpose of the survey. A total of 250 copies of the questionnaire were collected and 202 copies were used as final data, excluding insincere responses. Among sex, females were positively correlated with supporting SMEs of large enterprises. It is believed that the primary partner support of large enterprises includes improvements in educational resource working conditions, which are difficult for ordinary SMEs to realize on their own, so they feel the practical benefits compared to men. Among position, product/technique and sales/marketing were negatively correlated with supporting SMEs of large enterprises. The contents of win-win cooperation include items such as technical support, technology protection, financial support, and business sales support, but indicate that the level of support from large companies is lower than expected by employees of SMEs. “Job Satisfaction,” “Organizational Identification,” and “Organizational Trust” were correlated with supporting SMEs of large enterprises. This showed that supporting SMEs of large enterprises and internal effects positively correlated. The support of large enterprises through win-win growth is not carried out with the aim of improving the internal effects of a single category, but it is necessary to support all areas of SMEs in an integrated manner, and policy makers should consider these areas and draw up policies. The policy makers have confirmed the need to compensate for the lack of support for win-win growth, and should play a role in changing the corporate culture of SMEs, and should present policies that can enhance the overall effectiveness of the company in order to enhance its internal effectiveness.
