Abstract:We are glad to introduce you that the 2024 3rd International Forum on Mathematical Statistics, Physical Sciences and Telecommunication System (IFMPT 2024) was successfully held on January 06-07, 2024 in Brussels, Belgium. This forum aims to bring together academic scientists, leading engineers, industry researchers, and scholar students to exchange and share their experiences and research results about all aspects of mathematical statistics, mathematical model, physical sciences, quantum mechanics, astrophysics, 5G networking, and telecommunication system. This forum also discusses the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted. This scientific event brings together more than 160 national and international researchers. During the conference, the conference model was divided into three sessions, including oral presentations, keynote speeches, and online Q&A discussion. In the first part, some scholars, whose submissions were selected as the excellent papers, were given about 8-10 minutes to perform their oral presentations one by one. Then in the second part, keynote speakers were each allocated 30-40 minutes to hold their speeches. Lastly, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to the distinguished keynote speakers, as well as all the participants. We also want to thank the publisher for publishing the proceedings. Abstract:The 5th International Conference on Management Science and Innovative Education (MSIE 2023) was held from November 25-26, 2023 in Singapore. This conference was sponsored by Research Center of Engineering and Science, and was attended by academicians, researchers, entrepreneurs, government agencies and policy-makers, postgraduates from China and all over the world. The aim of MSIE 2023 is to provide a platform for educators, scholars, managers and graduate students from different cultural backgrounds to present and discuss research, developments and innovations in the fields of Social Science. It provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. MSIE 2023 has received 87 manuscripts. By submitting a paper to MSIE 2023, the authors agree to the review process and understand that papers undergo a peer-review process. Manuscripts will be reviewed by appropriately qualified experts in the field selected by the Conference Committee, who will give detailed comments and-if the submission gets accepted-the authors submit a revised version that takes into account this feedback. All papers are reviewed using a double-blind review process: authors declare their names and affiliations in the manuscript for the reviewers to see, but reviewers do not know each other's identities, nor do the authors receive information about who has reviewed their manuscript. The Committees of MSIE invest great efforts in reviewing the papers submitted to the conference and organizing the sessions to enable the participants to gain maximum benefit. Hopefully, all participants and other interested readers benefit scientifically from the proceedings and also find it stimulating in the process. Abstract:CSIE 2011 is an international scientific Congress for distinguished scholars engaged in scientific, engineering and technological research, dedicated to build a platform for exploring and discussing the future of Computer Science and Information Engineering with existing and potential application scenarios. The congress has been held twice, in Los Angeles, USA for the first and in Changchun, China for the second time, each of which attracted a large number of researchers from all over the world. The congress turns out to develop a spirit of cooperation that leads to new friendship for addressing a wide variety of ongoing problems in this vibrant area of technology and fostering more collaboration over the world. The congress, CSIE 2011, received 2483 full paper and abstract submissions from 27 countries and regions over the world. Through a rigorous peer review process, all submissions were refereed based on their quality of content, level of innovation, significance, originality and legibility. 688 papers have been accepted for the international congress proceedings ultimately.

Abstract:PREFACE The National Conference on Mathematics and Learning Research or KNPMP is an annual scientific forum organized by the Mathematics Education Study Program of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta since 2016, and this year for the fourth time the KNPMP is held with the theme “Enhancing Mathematical Literacy to Meet the 4.0 Industrial Revolution”. This theme is based on a global challenge, namely the challenge of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. where according to Klaus Schwab, founder of the World Economic Forum, “Industrial Revolution 4.0. is an era that is blurring the lines between the physical, digital, and biological spheres.” Which means that humans are physically and ideally integrated with today’s digital technologies such as artificial intelligent technology, autonomous vehicles, and internet of things. To deal with this, Alex Gray stated that complex problem-solving abilities are the most important skills that must be possessed. In the context of mathematics, the increase in mathematical literacy skills is important to do because the complex problem-solving aspect is one of the procedures in it. Therefore, the theme “Enhancing Mathematics Literacy to Meet the 4.0 Industrial Revolution” becomes very relevant to be appointed to the IV KNPMP this year. In accordance with the theme, we invited one expert as the keynote speaker, and two experts as the main speakers. As the keynote speaker, we invite Prof. Agus Subekti, Ph.D. as Chair of the 2019 DRPM Research Guidance Team of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education and also a Professor at the University of Jember. As the first speaker was Prof. Dr. Basuki Widodo, M.Sc., President of the Indonesian Mathematics Society or IndoMS and a Professor in the Institut Teknologi Sepuluh November. As the second speaker, Prof. Dr. Yus M. Cholilly, a Professor of Mathematics Education at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. I would like to express my gratitude to everyone who have supported this conference. I hope that the conference will facilitate a fruitful discussion, connect you with the other experts in the field, and further initiate a strong collaboration. Abstract:CCEAI 2017 was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia during January 13-15, 2017. CCEAI 2017 was organized by Asia Pacific Institute of Science and Engineering, CCEAI 2017 is organized by Asia Pacific Institute of Science and Engineering, technical sponsored by Artois University, HKSME. The conference provides a useful and wide platform both for display the latest research and for exchange of research results and thoughts in broad Control Engineering and Artificial Intelligence. The participants of the conference were from almost every part of the world, with background of either academia or industry, even well-known enterprise. The success and prosperity of the conference is reflected high level of the papers received.

Abstract:It is our honor to present the proceedings of the 2024 3rd International Conference on Applied Mathematics, Modeling Simulation and Automatic Control (AMMSAC 2024). This conference was successfully held in San Diego, USA during June 22-23, 2024. AMMSAC 2024 aims to provide an ideal academic platform for researchers to present the latest research findings and describe emerging technologies, directions and developments in applied mathematics, modeling simulation, computer science, intelligent manufacturing, and automatic control. As these goals require the cooperation of people from different background, we hope that our research will help to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all. During the conference, we were pleased to be joined by four knowledgeable keynote speakers. More than 60 participants were benefited through each of the 30-35 minutes keynote speech. The parallel sessions were arranged and carefully monitored by the organizing team. We truly believe that AMMSAC 2024 is a great platform for researchers, academician, industry players, and student to brainstorm and exchange research idea, communicate their new research findings and eventually leading the world to meet the sustainable goals. Abstract:Advances in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Human-Machine Systems, and Cybernetics continually play important roles in creating intelligent and friendly environments involving state-of-art technologies.The aim of this conference is to provide a forum for exchanges of research results, novel ideas and innovative applications among researchers and practitioners involved with all aspects of Human-Machine Systems and Cybernetics in the era of Big Data and Knowledge Network.However, due to Covid-19 global pandemic, the conference has to be held virtually this year, there will be 10 virtual sessions devoted to theories and methodologies for this conference.

Abstract:Since 1992, the ACM International Conference on Information and Knowledge Management (CIKM) has brought together leading researchers and developers from the knowledge management, information retrieval, and data management communities to discuss cutting-edge research on advanced knowledge and information systems. We are pleased to present the 26th edition of CIKM on 6-10 November, 2017, at the Pan Pacific Singapore hotel, with the special theme of Smart Cities, Smart Nations. This year our attendees will enjoy four keynote speakers: Rajeev Rastogi (Amazon), Qiang Yang (HKUST), Rada Mihalcea (Michigan), and K Ananth Krishnan (Tata Consultancy Services). In 6-7 parallel sessions, our program includes presentations of 171 full research papers, 119 short research papers, and 30 demonstrations of new research advances. The program's focus this year can be seen at a glance in the word cloud at right, constructed from the titles of all accepted research papers. Also on offer are eight tutorials on timely research topics, and six collocated workshops on topics ranging from history to transportation, biomedicine to bias. We are excited about our greatly expanded data analytics competition this year, the CIKM AnalytiCup. During the past nine months, over 1500 teams from all over the world have vied to win over $60,000 in AnalytiCup prizes and travel money by solving real-world analytics problems posed by our corporate sponsors Alibaba/Shenzhen Meteorological Bureau, DataSpark, and Lazada. A fourth competition, a weekend-long hackathon sponsored by DHL, takes place immediately before the conference. The finalists from all four competitions come together on 6 November for a final showdown in front of corporate judges. Solution summaries from finalist teams in the first three competitions can be found in these proceedings. Also new this year are several other events aimed directly at practitioners. During the main conference, we are offering hands-on tutorials on the hot topics of scalable deep learning and scalable data science. The Case Studies track, intended to highlight the experiences and lessons learned by early adopters, debuts this year with 23 studies of technology adoption in interesting applications. And immediately before the main conference, CIKMconnect brings together students and industry for posters, technical discussions, recruiting events, and networking. It takes a village to produce a major conference! Our program committee chairs, senior PC and PC members valiantly and gracefully handled a record total number of submissions: 855 full research papers, 419 short research papers, 80 demos, and 103 case studies. Each submission was reviewed by three program committee members, each a recognized expert in the field, and an independent committee selected the full paper awards recipients.
