Abstract:BACKGROUND:The uses of botulinum toxin type A for facial aesthetic procedures have been reported in recently published studies. The authors systematically analyzed the prospective, randomized, controlled trials, which continue to expand. New efficacy data and endpoints regarding the safety of botulinum toxin type A injection for treating glabellar lines were analyzed.METHODS:The authors identified randomized controlled trials of botulinum toxin type A through searches of Ovid MEDLINE, PubMed, Elsevier, and the Cochrane Library from January of 2002 to November of 2014. The search terms included "botulinum toxin" and "glabellar lines." Only randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind trials that used an injection dose of 20 units were included in the analysis. Safety was assessed by means of a meta-analysis of the number and frequency of adverse events.RESULTS:Seven studies involving 1474 subjects met inclusion criteria and qualified for meta-analysis. Overall, the pooled effective rate assessed by investigators in botulinum toxin type A treatment groups was significantly higher than that in controls (relative risk, 33.54; 95 percent CI, 18.65 to 60.33). The effective rate in treatment groups using a new endpoint was also higher than that in controls (relative risk, 99.04; 95 percent CI, 14.0 to 700.58). Subgroup analysis confirmed that botulinum toxin type A could improve the appearance of glabellar lines at rest (relative risk, 5.88; 95 percent CI, 3.49 to 9.91). There were no significant differences in the frequency of adverse events between the treatment and placebo groups in any of the studies.CONCLUSION:This meta-analysis shows that a single 20-unit dose of botulinum toxin type A is considered remarkably effective and safe for the treatment of glabellar lines.CLINICAL QUESTION/LEVEL OF EVIDENCE:Therapeutic, II.
Safety and Tolerability of Onabotulinumtoxina in the Treatment of Upper Facial Lines from Global Registration Studies in 5298 Participants: A Meta-Analysis.

Abstract:Background: Since its discovery as a facial aesthetic treatment [ 30 years ago, onabotulinumtoxinA has received worldwide approval for dynamic upper facial line treatment. Objective: Meta-analysis examining the safety of onabotulinumtoxinA for treatment of glabellar lines (GL), crow's feet lines (CFL), and forehead lines (FHL). Methods: Participants (N N = 5298) with moderate to severe GL, CFL, or FHL at maximum contraction received onabotulinumtoxinA or placebo in 1 of 18 registration studies (14 double-blind, placebo- controlled [DBPC]; 1 double-blind; 3 open-label). Adverse events (AEs) were analyzed by descriptive statistics and fixed-effects meta-analysis. Results: In the overall double-blind placebo-controlled (DBPC) population, AEs were reported in 1443 (42.1%) and 486 (35.8%) participants in the onabotulinumtoxinA (n n = 3431) and placebo (n n = 1359) groups, respectively. Serious AEs were reported in 54 (1.6%) and 17 (1.3%) participants; 1 (spontaneous abortion) was considered possibly treatment related by the investigator. Using fixed-effects statistical meta-analysis, AEs of interest that were found to be statistically higher for onabotulinumtoxinA than placebo in the DBPC population were eyelid ptosis, eyelid sensory disorder, skin tightness, brow ptosis, eyelid edema, and facial pain (P P <= .05). Limitations: Retrospective, ad hoc analysis. Conclusion: This meta-analysis confirms the onabotulinumtoxinA safety profile for GL, CFL, and FHL treatment, with no new onabotulinumtoxinA-associated AEs. ( JAAD Int 2024;14:4-18.)
Efficacy and Safety of AbobotulinumtoxinA for the Treatment of Glabellar Lines in Chinese Patients: A Pivotal, Phase 3, Randomized, Double-Blind and Open-Label Phase Study

Abstract:Background: Various botulinumtoxinA formulations are approved for glabellar lines treatment worldwide, including abobotulinumtoxinA (Dysport®). Objectives: Assess abobotulinumtoxinA superiority versus placebo and non-inferiority versus active comparator (onabotulinumtoxinA; Botox®), for the treatment of Chinese patients with moderate/severe glabellar lines. Methods: Phase 3, randomized study (NCT02450526) comprising a double-blind (cycle 1) phase and an open-label (cycles 2-5) phase. Patients received abobotulinumtoxinA 50 units or matching placebo (5:1), active comparator (onabotulinumtoxinA 20 units) or matching placebo (5:1). In cycles 2-5, eligible patients were retreated with abobotulinumtoxinA only. Responders had glabellar lines of none/mild severity. Primary endpoint: responder rates at cycle 1, day 29 at maximum frown with abobotulinumtoxinA versus placebo (for superiority; by investigator's live assessment [ILA] and subject's self-assessment [SSA]), and versus active comparator (for non-inferiority; by ILA). Treatment-emergent adverse events were recorded. Results: Overall, 520 patients were randomized. Superiority and non-inferiority, respectively, were demonstrated for abobotulinumtoxinA versus placebo (ILA, SSA; both p < 0.0001) and abobotulinumtoxinA versus active comparator. AbobotulinumtoxinA efficacy was maintained over open-label cycles; median time to onset of efficacy was 2.0 days. After 6 months, 17% of patients treated with abobotulinumtoxinA remained responders. AbobotulinumtoxinA was well-tolerated. Safety results were in line with the known profile of abobotulinumtoxinA; adverse events rate decreased with repeated treatment. Conclusions: After a single injection, abobotulinumtoxinA demonstrated superiority versus placebo and non-inferiority versus onabotulinumtoxinA for the treatment of moderate-to-severe glabellar lines in Chinese patients. Multiple injections of abobotulinumtoxinA demonstrated efficacy and safety in the treatment of glabellar lines in Chinese patients. Abstract:Background: AbobotulinumtoxinA has become well established as a treatment option for moderate to severe glabellar lines since its first aesthetic approval in 2009. Objective: Pivotal trials leading to regulatory approval showed that abobotulinumtoxinA treatment was associated with high responder rates when defined as achievement of none or mild glabellar lines (0 or 1 on the glabellar line severity scale) and a duration of action of up to 5 months. More recently, the goals for treatment of glabellar lines have shifted toward not only achieving a decrease in glabellar line severity but also ensuring that patients are satisfied with their experience. Materials and methods: Patients seek an improvement in the appearance of their glabellar lines while maintaining a "natural look," fast onset of effect, and long duration of response. Results: Trial designs have evolved to meet these new targets, including expanding the definition of responders to those having at least 1-grade improvement in the glabellar line severity scale score from baseline coupled with the use of subject satisfaction and psychological well-being questionnaires. Conclusion: The findings demonstrate that abobotulinumtoxinA remains a well-tolerated and consistently effective treatment option associated with a rapid onset of effect, duration of efficacy lasting up to 6 months, and high, long-lasting levels of patient satisfaction.

Abstract:BACKGROUNDThis is the first well-controlled study of the use of botulinum toxin type A (BoNTA) for glabellar lines in China.OBJECTIVESTo evaluate the safety and efficacy of BoNTA in the treatment of glabellar lines in Chinese subjects.MATERIALS AND METHODSA total of 227 subjects received a single treatment in a 3:1 randomization ratio of BoNTA (20 U):placebo and were observed for 120 days after injection. Effective outcome measures included investigator's rating of wrinkle severity at maximum frown and rest and subjects' global assessment and self-perception of age.RESULTSA significantly higher responder rate at maximum frown, ranging from 94.1% at day 30 to 52.9% at day 120, was noted in the BoNTA group. The proportion of subjects with none or mild glabellar lines at rest was 66.7% in the BoNTA group at day 30. Most (95.3%) of the subjects treated with BoNTA reported better than 50% improvement at day 30, and self-perception of age was less than chronological age. There were no statistically significant differences in adverse events reported between the two groups (p=.06).CONCLUSIONA single treatment of 20 U of BoNTA was effective and safe in reducing glabellar lines in Chinese subjects.GlaxoSmithKline provided funding and study material.

Abstract:Abstract Background Extending the duration of effect of botulinum toxins—by administering doses beyond those of the approved labels—has been an area of increasing interest in the field of aesthetics. Objectives The aim of this study was to investigate the safety and duration of effect of 40-unit (U) prabotulinumtoxinA-xvfs (twice the approved dose and concentration) for the treatment of moderate-to-severe glabellar lines. Methods A total of 154 adult patients were randomized 1:1:1 to a single treatment of either 40 U prabotulinumtoxinA-xvfs (PRA 40, 5 injections of 8 U/0.05 mL), or 20 U of either prabotulinumtoxinA-xvfs (PRA 20) or onabotulinumtoxinA (ONA 20). Both 20-U controls were administered as 5 injections of 4 U/0.1 mL. Efficacy and safety were assessed on days 2, 7 (by telephone), 30, and every 30 days thereafter up to 365 days or until the patient had returned to baseline. The primary effectiveness endpoint was the duration of effect (estimated by Kaplan-Meier analysis), defined as the number of days from treatment day (baseline) to the day that glabellar line severity at maximum frown by investigator assessment returned to the baseline value. Results Patients had a mean age of 47 years (20-72 years); 69.5% had severe glabellar lines at baseline. Of the 36 adverse events, 32 (88.9%) were mild and 4 (11.1%) were moderate in severity; none were serious. The median durations of effect were estimated to be 183, 149, and 148 days for PRA 40–, PRA 20–, and ONA 20–treated patients, respectively. Conclusions In this phase 2 pilot study, 40 U prabotulinumtoxinA-xvfs was observed to be safe and had a duration of 6 months. Level of Evidence: 1

Abstract:Background: This study evaluated the efficacy and safety of IncobotulinumtoxinA 20 U for treatment of glabellar frown lines in Chinese subjects. Methods: This was a prospective, randomized, double-blind, active-controlled, phase-3 study conducted in China. Subjects with moderate to severe glabellar frown lines at maximum frown were randomized to receive IncobotulinumtoxinA (N = 336) or OnabotulinumtoxinA (N = 167). Results: For the primary efficacy endpoint at day 30, response rates at maximum frown (score “none” or “mild”) on the Merz Aesthetic Scales Glabella Lines – Dynamic were comparable between IncobotulinumtoxinA (92.5%) and OnabotulinumtoxinA (95.1%) per investigator’s live rating. Noninferiority of IncobotulinumtoxinA versus OnabotulinumtoxinA was successfully demonstrated, as the two-sided 95% confidence interval of −0.97% to 0.43% for the difference in Merz Aesthetic Scales-based response rates (−0.27%) lay completely above the predefined noninferiority margin of −15%. For the secondary efficacy endpoints assessed at day 30, Merz Aesthetic Scales-based response rates (score “none” or “mild”) at maximum frown were similarly comparable between both groups per subject (>85%) and independent review panel (>96%) rating. Per Global Impression of Change Scales, greater than 80% of subjects and greater than 90% of investigators in both groups rated treatment results as at least “much improved” at day 30 compared with baseline. Safety profiles were consistent between groups; IncobotulinumtoxinA was well tolerated, and no new safety concerns were identified in Chinese subjects. Conclusion: IncobotulinumtoxinA 20 U is safe and effective for treatment of moderate to severe glabellar frown lines at maximum frown in Chinese subjects and is noninferior to OnabotulinumtoxinA 20 U.

Abstract:Background: Letibotulinum toxin A has an established efficacy and safety profile for aesthetic treatment of glabellar wrinkles. This study was conducted to demonstrate the noninferiority of letibotulinum toxin A versus onabotulinum toxin A in improving the appearance of moderate-to-severe glabellar wrinkles in Chinese patients. Methods: This phase-III multicenter, randomized, parallel positive control, double-blinded study compared the efficacy and safety of letibotulinum toxin A and onabotulinum toxin A. Eligible participants were randomized 3:1 to receive 20 U of letibotulinum toxin A or onabotulinum toxin A and were observed for 16 weeks postinjection. The primary endpoint was noninferiority in the proportion of study participants receiving a score of 0 or 1 for glabellar wrinkles on a four-point photographic evaluation scale, as assessed by an institution evaluator at maximum frown at week 4. Secondary endpoints included assessments at rest, photographic assessment of efficacy, and subjective self-assessment of the study participants. Results: The proportion of participants (N = 500) receiving a score of 0 or 1 at maximum frown by the institution evaluator at week 4 was 88.49% for letibotulinum toxin A and 87.39% for onabotulinum toxin A (difference, 1.10%; 95% confidence interval, −5.02 to 8.82; P = 0.7469). No significant differences were observed between the treatments for secondary efficacy or safety endpoints. Participants' self-assessment and satisfaction tended to be higher for letibotulinum toxin A than onabotulinum toxin A. Conclusion: Letibotulinum toxin A is noninferior to onabotulinum toxin A in improving the appearance of moderate-to-severe glabellar wrinkles in Chinese patients.

Abstract:BACKGROUND Various preparations of botulinum toxin type A (BTX-A) are used to reduces glabellar (frown) lines. However, dose-related safety and efficacy of intramuscular injections of a widely used, locally produced BTX-A in China has not been established. OBJECTIVE Assessment of dose-dependent safety and efficacy of Chinese botulinum toxin type A (Hengli BTX-A [HBTX-A]) intramuscular injections on glabellar lines. METHODS Four hundred eighty-eight BTX-A-naive participants were included in the double-blind trial and randomly divided into placebo (n = 122), low-dose (n = 183), and high-dose (n = 183) treatment groups for injection with saline solution, 10 units and 20 units of HBTX-A, respectively, at 4 sites in the corrugator muscle and 1 site in the procerus muscle. Outcomes were recorded before treatment and after 7, 30, 60, and 120 days, including glabellar line severity at maximum contraction and relaxation. RESULTS Significantly greater improvement was observed in both HBTX-A groups in comparison with the placebo group (p < .05). Better efficacy was obtained in the high-dose treatment group. More participants developed adverse events after treatment with HBTX-A doses, than with the placebo (p < .05). CONCLUSION Twenty-unit HBTX-A provided optimal improvement in glabellar lines, and its use might minimize injection frequency while maintaining acceptable safety.
The impact factors of botulinum toxin type A in the treatment of glabellar lines

Abstract:Objectives: To evaluate the efficacy of botulinum toxin type A (BoNTA) in the treatment of glabellar lines and the impact of age, gender and severity of wrinkles on the effect. Methods: A total of 170 subjects received a single treatment of BoNTA (20 U) and were followed on 7, 30, 60, 90 and 120 days after injection. Effective outcome measures included the investigator' rating of wrinkle severity at maximum frown and rest and the subjects' global assessment and self-perception of age. Results: The primary time point was the investigator' rating of glabellar line severity at maximum frown at day 30. The responder rate was 94.12% at day 30 and 52.94% at day 120. Assessment of impact factors showed that females had better result compared with male subjects. The subjects had milder wrinkle at rest response better to the treatment. Age of the subject had less impact on the result. The subjects had more severe wrinkle at maximum frown may improve more dramatically after the treatment, but 100% of the subjects with moderate wrinkle at maximum frown had no or mild wrinkle after the treatment. Conclusion: A single treatment with 20 U of BoNTA is effective in reducing glabellar lines in Chinese subjects aged less than 65. Male subjects may need a higher dosage. Combine with other therapy will increase the efficacy in subjects with severe glabellar lines at rest.
DaxibotulinumtoxinA for injection to treat moderate or severe glabellar lines: A randomized, multicenter, Phase III, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial in China

Abstract:Background: DaxibotulinumtoxinA for injection (DAXI), a novel botulinum toxin type A formulation, is FDA-approved for glabellar lines treatment. Its clinical efficacy has been demonstrated in two Phase III trials (SAKURA 1 and SAKURA 2). Objective: To evaluate DAXI efficacy and safety in Chinese adults with moderate/severe glabellar lines. Methods: In this Phase III, randomized (2:1), double-blind trial, Chinese adults with moderate/severe glabellar lines received 40 U DAXI or placebo into the corrugator muscles bilaterally and the procerus. Glabellar line severity was evaluated by investigators (Investigator Global Assessment-Frown Wrinkle Severity [IGA-FWS] scale) and participants (Patient Frown Wrinkle Severity [PFWS] scale) for ≥24 to 36 weeks. The primary endpoint was the proportion of 2-point composite responders achieving ≥2-point reduction in IGA-FWS and PFWS scores at week 4 post-treatment. Results: Overall, 307 participants received treatment (DAXI, 205; placebo, 102). A significantly greater proportion of participants in the DAXI arm vs the placebo arm achieved a 2-point composite response at week 4: 125 (61.0%) vs 1 (1.0%); difference, 60.0% [95% CI 49.40-66.46]; 2-sided p < 0.0001). At week 4, 94.1% of the DAXI-treated participants achieved an IGA-FWS score 0/1 (none/mild) and 86.3% achieved PFWS 0/1; median time to loss of none/mild on IGA-FWS and PFWS was 23.9 weeks. The benefits of DAXI over placebo through week 24 occurred regardless of the baseline IGA-FWS score, prior botulinum toxin type A (BoNTA) exposure, sex or age. DAXI was well tolerated with no new safety signals. Conclusion: DAXI provided durable efficacy and acceptable safety for treating moderate/severe glabellar lines in Chinese participants.

Abstract:BACKGROUND Hyperfunctional glabellar frown lines can transmit facial miscues that adversely affect emotional communication, increase perceptions of age, and diminish self-esteem. OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy of letibotulinumtoxinA in mitigating the negative psychological impact associated with moderate to severe glabellar lines and to assess subject satisfaction with treatment outcome in the BLESS phase 3 clinical trials. An integrated analysis using pooled BLESS data was conducted on these secondary end points. RESULTS Among enrolled and treated subjects ( N = 1,272), 85.5% had moderate to severe psychological impact at baseline. LetibotulinumtoxinA subjects experienced significant improvements compared with placebo on all measures. Mean improvement to Week 4 for the Modified Skindex-16 GL-QoL Scale overall score was −33.84 for letibotulinumtoxinA subjects compared with −1.37 for placebo subjects ( p < .001). Attenuation of psychological burden was highly correlated with improvement in glabellar line severity ( p < .0001). CONCLUSION LetibotulinumtoxinA significantly improved the psychosocial burden associated with glabellar lines across all trials. Treated subjects experienced improved quality of life, younger perceived age, and satisfaction with treatment outcome.

Abstract:Background Botulinum neurotoxin type A (BoNT‐A) is well‐established for treatment of glabellar lines (GLs), and mostly formulated as powders requiring reconstitution for injection. The approved liquid formulation, ready‐to‐use (RTU) abobotulinumtoxinA was developed to ease injection procedures and prevent reconstitution errors. This multicenter, open‐label, Phase IV study evaluated GL treatment experience using RTU abobotulinumtoxinA versus powder BoNT‐A (onabotulinumtoxinA). Methods Females with experience of BoNT‐A facial treatment were randomized 2:1 to GL treatment with 50 U RTU abobotulinumtoxinA (N = 99) or 20 U powder BoNT‐A (N = 51) and followed‐up for 6 months or 1 month, respectively. Assessments included: time to prepare each product for injection (primary endpoint); investigators' experience with product preparation/reconstitution; investigators' and subjects' treatment experience; safety; and for the RTU product: aesthetic improvement of GLs; subject satisfaction. Abstract:BotulinumtoxinA (BoNT-A) is now widely established for the main approved indication of reducing glabellar lines, and is also widely used off-label to improve the appearance of wrinkles and lines in other parts of the face. The number of aesthetic procedures continues to increase as the patient population becomes more diverse, in particular with increasing numbers of people of color and men. Further developments in treatment may continue to expand the audience for BoNT-A by making procedures more comfortable and by delivering a more natural, less static appearance. These may be achieved through use of combinations of BoNT-A with other aesthetic procedures, tailoring the dose of toxin to the patient's muscle mass or by using novel injection and application techniques. Beyond amelioration of facial lines, encouraging results have been seen with the use of BoNT-A to improve the appearance of hypertrophic and keloid scars and even to prevent them. Studies have been conducted with scars in various parts of the body and further research is ongoing. Dermatological and other medical uses for BoNT-A are also active areas of research. Injections of BoNT-A have been shown to reduce signs and symptoms of acne, rosacea, and psoriasis, to reduce neuromuscular pain, and to bring about significant improvements in a number of rare diseases that are caused or exacerbated by hyperhidrosis. This paper reviews these new uses for BoNT-A, looking at the rationale for their use and discussing the results of published case studies and clinical trials. These areas have shown great promise to date, but more and larger clinical studies will be required before these treatments become a clinical reality. To this end details are also provided of clinical trials currently listed in the main clinical trials database to highlight research areas of particular interest.

Abstract:Background: Botulinum toxin injections are widely sought after in the field of medical aesthetics, offering consumers a variety of brand choices. Two commonly available botulinum toxin products, onabotulinumtoxinA and neubotulinumtoxinA, are featured in numerous clinics, leading many to question whether there are discernible differences in results, given their varying price ranges. Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of neubotulinumtoxinA for the treatment of forehead horizontal lines. Methods A 12‐week prospective, single‐centre, interventional split‐face study was conducted, including 30 subjects. These enrolled subjects received a single treatment session, with neubotulinumtoxinA applied to the left side of the forehead and onabotulinumtoxinA to the right side. A superficial injection was performed in all individuals, where the product was injected subdermally in the frontalis muscle. Evaluation was conducted at baseline, 7 days, 14, days and 4, 8, and 12 weeks after treatment, both when the eyebrows were at maximum lift and in a resting position. Treatment efficacy was assessed by two physicians and self‐assessed by the patients, using the Fitzpatrick Wrinkle Classification system. Adverse events were documented to evaluate safety. Results The study found no statistically significant difference in the efficacy of neubotulinum and onabotulinum for treating forehead wrinkles, as indicated by p‐values above 0.05 for both static and dynamic conditions. No safety and adverse events were observed in both formulations. Conclusion This study has demonstrated that neither formulation is inferior to each other in the treatment of forehead horizontal lines.

Abstract:Abstract Background RelabotulinumtoxinA (RelaBoNT-A, Galderma, Uppsala, Sweden) is an innovative, ready-to-use liquid botulinum toxin A, produced using PEARLTM manufacturing technology that yields a potent, complex-free formulation. Objectives The READY-1 study examined efficacy and safety outcomes following a single RelaBoNT-A treatment for glabellar line correction. Methods Adults with moderate-to-severe glabellar lines received RelaBoNT-A (50 U) or placebo in a 3:1 randomized, 6-month, Phase 3, multicenter, double-blind study. Primary endpoints (examined at Month 1, maximum frown) comprised the composite ≥2-grade response, defined as ≥2-grades’ improvement from baseline on concurrent investigator (GL-ILA) and subject (GL-SLA) severity scales (US endpoint), and the investigator-reported responder rate for subjects scored as 0 (none) or 1 (mild) (GL-ILA scale only; EU endpoint). Subject satisfaction and treatment-emergent adverse events (TEAEs) were reported. Results Overall, 297 adults were randomized and treated. Month 1 composite ≥2-grade responder rate was 82.9% (RelaBoNT-A, N=199) versus 0% (placebo, N=67; p<0.001). Month 1 investigator-reported none-or-mild responder rate was 96.3% (RelaBoNT-A) versus 4.5% (placebo; p<0.001). GL-ILA scores (none-or-mild; ≥1-grade improvement) remained higher with RelaBoNT-A (23.6%; 58.1%) versus placebo (1.5%; 10.4%) through Month 6 (p<0.001). In the Kaplan-Meier analysis, 75% still showed GL-ILA and GL-SLA improvements from baseline at 169 days (end-of-study). Subjects reported onset of effect from Day 1 (39%) and satisfaction with natural-looking results (96.8%; Month 1). RelaBoNT-A-related TEAEs were low (3.6%) and typically mild. Conclusions A single RelaBoNT-A treatment was effective and demonstrated a favorable safety profile. RelaBoNT-A provided significant improvements in glabellar line severity, high satisfaction, rapid onset, and enduring effectiveness throughout the 6-month study period.

Abstract:Background: Botulinum toxin type A (BoNTA) is standard of care for glabellar lines ameliorization. DaxibotulinumtoxinA for Injection (DAXI) is a new BoNTA with a unique formulation representing the latest advancement in BoNTA technology. There is an unmet need for patients to understand the full potential of BoNTA treatment and new technologies. Objective: To update clinical data supporting the use of DAXI for glabellar lines within the context of clinical experience. Materials and methods: A narrative review of the literature and summary of clinical experience with DAXI. Results: The DAXI clinical trial program reflects clinical experience post-FDA approval, with DAXI demonstrating rapid onset, high patient response rates, and extended treatment duration versus conventional BoNTAs. Clinical observations suggest that DAXI has limited diffusion from the injection site, enabling more localized control of muscle activity and greater improvements in wrinkle severity. DAXI enables practitioners to exert greater finesse in their injections and in predicting changes to eyebrow shape and position and achieve improvement in skin quality. Conclusion: Advances in BoNTA technology can provide patients with greater options for treatment outcomes. The potential for enhanced localized effects with DAXI may contribute to more precise and targeted effects on muscle activity and additional aesthetic benefits to patients.
