Abstract:In order to promote the operating skill of operators in power unit, this paper introduces a checking system of operation indexes under Web. The stored data that can reflect the operating level of unit is counted according to shift. The results are displayed dynamically on Intranet. This system helps to appraise operators equally and improve the economical efficiency of generating unit. Also the system structure and implementation method are analyzed in detail. Figs 3 and refs 3.

Abstract:This paper examines the relationship between the receipt of firm-provided training and the characteristics of workers, firms and match of firm-worker, and explores the impact of firm-provided training on wage level using data from recent survey. The result shows that firm-provided training investment is unequal considerably. Workers with high skill level and rank obtain plentiful human capital investment, but general workers located in manufacturing and technology sectors acquire less training resource. State-owned enterprises invest too much on workers' general training instead of firm-specific training, and foreign-owned enterprises are the other way round. Firms with dense technology and capital or rapid technology change pay more attention to workers' training than others with traditional dense labor. The study discovers that most of firm-provided general training affects wage level significantly yet. These results make for us to understand the turnover behavior of state owned enterprises' workers in labor market.

Abstract:At present,informatization software and hardware construction of domestic large enterprise changes rapidly,but the information technology knowledge and skills training is relatively lag.The first reason is that the college graduates do not have strong professional skills and practical experience.The second,there is not planned,periodic information technology business skills training.At last,various training institutions cannot further combine with industry information construction demand,and the training project planning combined with the industry skills is rare.In this paper,combined with a certain provincial power network corporation information technology personnel training work,the clear project planning method is put forward,and combined with the industry characteristics to construct training platform,a set of perfect information technology training system is formed.The study of technical training planning of information staff has certain innovation and application value.

Abstract:For the currently available evaluation indices of open,fair,and just power dispatching,attention is paid only to the final results of the annual power generation plan,to the neglect of the execution process.This may cause profit inequity among generation enterprises and affect the impartiality and authority of open,fair,and just power dispatching.Based on an analysis of the problem with the existing evaluation indices of open,fair,and just power dispatching,a new index considering the coal price fluctuation for evaluating the openness,fairness,and justness of power dispatching is proposed.The index quantifies the difference in open,fair,and just power dispatching between generation enterprises,which can reflect the profit equity of generation enterprises.The examples indicate that the index proposed can be simply calculated and easily understood,contributing to further improving the openness,fairness,and justness of power dispatching.

Abstract:Economic activity analysis is an important means for enterprises to strengthen management and improve operational efficiency. In this paper, the DuPont model is applied to strengthen the analysis depth by analyzing the main factors of existing indicators and adding new indicators, and constructing an economic activity analysis index system for power grid enterprises. The system focuses on profit, electricity, and electricity price analysis, including the target layer, factor layer, business layer, and driver layer. It provides tools for enterprises to evaluate operational benefits and has high practical value. Applying the economic activity analysis index system can improve enterprise management and efficiency, tap the potential of the enterprise, and effectively promote the effective transformation of the enterprise's economic development mode.

Abstract:By analyzing the physical form, management form, economic form, mechanism form and industrial form of the new power system, this paper proposes thirsty indexs to form a new power system evaluation index system. It contains six aspects about a new energy supply system, a new pattern of energy allocation, a new form of energy consumption, a new models of energy storm, high levels of energy technology and high efficiency of energy mechanisms. This paper provides calculation models through a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. This evaluation index provides a set of objective guidelines for government energy authorities, power energy companies and demand-side users to evaluate the effectiveness of new power system construction, which will help achieve the national carbon peak and carbon neutral goals.

Abstract:Human resources are the primary resources of an enterprise. Personnel training can cultivate core competence and achieve the success. In view of the existing fuzziness and randomness in the training effect comprehensive evaluation, an index system, which comprises the first class indices such as training condition, training management and training effect, was put forward; and then a two stage fuzzy assessment model for training effect evaluation was established by applying the theory of fuzzy mathematics. The concept of AHP model was also used so as to obtain the objective weight of each index and avoid subjective effect. This method not only improves the scientificalness and objectivity on training effect evaluation by quantitative computation, which provides theoretical basis for making a clearer training aim and further improvement on training quality.
