Abstract:At present,informatization software and hardware construction of domestic large enterprise changes rapidly,but the information technology knowledge and skills training is relatively lag.The first reason is that the college graduates do not have strong professional skills and practical experience.The second,there is not planned,periodic information technology business skills training.At last,various training institutions cannot further combine with industry information construction demand,and the training project planning combined with the industry skills is rare.In this paper,combined with a certain provincial power network corporation information technology personnel training work,the clear project planning method is put forward,and combined with the industry characteristics to construct training platform,a set of perfect information technology training system is formed.The study of technical training planning of information staff has certain innovation and application value.
