What problem does this paper attempt to address?
### Problems the Paper Aims to Solve The paper aims to address the demand for high-energy-density and long-cycle-stability fiber supercapacitors for high-performance portable electronic devices. Specifically: 1. **Improving Fiber Electrode Performance**: - The current wearable fiber supercapacitors have low energy density and mechanical performance, which cannot meet the requirements for commercial applications. - Researchers propose a new design method to enhance the performance of fiber electrodes by coating the surface of acidified carbon fibers with a reduced graphene oxide (rGO)/graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4) composite material. 2. **Enhancing Electrochemical Performance**: - rGO can increase the specific surface area and conductivity, while g-C3N4 can prevent the stacking of rGO layers, thereby improving electrochemical storage capacity. - Experimental results show that the finally prepared fiber supercapacitor has a specific area capacitance of 61 mF cm⁻² and can maintain 90% of its capacitance after 5000 charge-discharge cycles, demonstrating excellent performance. Through this method, researchers hope to develop high-performance fiber supercapacitors suitable for flexible electronic products.
