Abstract:Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is a rare subtype of B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, and its occurrence in the oral cavity is infrequent. A 56-year-old male sought medical attention due to a palate lesion persisting for two years, following a history of trauma while eating. During the medical history interview, the patient disclosed a 50-year history of smoking. Upon physical examination, an asymptomatic nodule with fibroelastic consistency, measuring 2.0 cm, was observed at the midline where the hard and soft palates meet.
