A predictive control algorithm is developed on the basis of a detailed analysis of the weighing system. Abstract:This article uses the fuzzy control algorithm method to control the rate and time of the weighing and mixing system of manifold materials, also designs a fuzzy controlled ingredient weighing system applied in the feedstuff manufacturing. Result shows the weighing precision was improved and the weighing time was saved.

Abstract:Technology of dynamic weighing is an effective way to solve the problem of overloaded vehicles. The entire process of dynamic weighing is presented in this paper. The model of dynamic weighing system is discussed by the discrete wavelet transform to filter noise and the genetic algorithm to filter the dynamic load which can not be filtered through common method. To solve the amplitude change of dynamic load, multi-segments curve fit based on genetic algorithm is proposed. The simulation to actual data of dynamic weighing verifies the validity.

Abstract:Under special working conditions, a meshed board at the entrance of the feeder was designed and set to quantitatively control the flow of a superfine material with special properties. For a given aperture size and vibration acceleration, the relations between material flow, flow time and vibration frequency were studied by experiments. And the effect of the dynamic characteristics of the electromagnetic switch on the quantitative controlled material flow was analyzed theoretically. Based on the results of experiment and calculation, a design project of automatic feeder that can realize quantitative control of material flow was designed.
A New Fuzzy Self-Tuning Method for Controlling Packing Pressure of a High-Accuracy Injection Molding Machine

Abstract:According to the poor packing pressure control accuracy of the traditional injection molding machines,this paper presents a new injection system using servo motor-driving fixed pump which can provide different speed with the given injection process.The mathematical models were established based on non-Newtonian fluid dynamics for the hydraulic system and the viscous force of melted plastic between the barrel and screw.Based on the theoretical analysis,a new fuzzy self-tuning(FST) method was proposed which combined the advantages of both the fuzzy control and the self-tuning control.The experimental data with packing pressure control showed that compared with the traditional PID algorithm,the FST algorithm has better performance with slighter overshooting,quicker response,shorter transient time and better control accuracy.

Abstract:Automatic Control system has been widely used in the field of modern chemical production industry,which not only enhances the automatic level of production device but also elevates products' quality and output.A method combining manufacture process monitoring system and PLC is presented,through which automatic control system of a set of device for latex polymerization is developed and automatic control and monitoring function of the whole manufacture process are realized.For the key factor influencing quality best-polymerization temperature,cascade with stroke-dividing control algorithm is applied.Through long-term practical running,control effect reaches the expectation,which demonstrates the feasibility of this control system.

Abstract:System composition,working process and architecture of two-station fully automated balancing machines developed by our lab for medium and small-sized motor products were introduced.According to the characteristics of tested signals of balancing machines,a digital tracking filter method was put forward.Its centre frequency can be adaptively tuned consistently with the rotational speed of the work-piece to realize the ability of tracking unbalance signal,so that interference in tested signals can be removed effectively.Considering the effect of armature circumferential,radial,and axial distribution of removed metal and circumferentially distributed slots against magnitude and phase of real unbalance,a higher precision contour milling correction model was built,and intelligent programming system was developed.Moreover,PCI bus-based two-stage measurement and control system was developed.System control was divided into system level and action level.The results of test and application showed that these technologies improve largely the precision and reliability of the automated balancing machine.

Abstract:Abstract In view of the need to improve the automation and weighing accuracy of solid energetic materials in the weighing process, to reduce the process safety risk of the automatic conveying and loading process and improve the equipment safety control ability, a weight-loss pneumatic vibration conveying device is designed, which adopts the method of weight loss measurement. Through the weighing sensor installed on the weighing platform, the weight of the materials in the weighing hopper is fed back to the controller in real time, The controller obtains the weight reduction per unit time (i.e. the actual flow) through the internal algorithm. According to the difference between the actual flow and the set flow, the controller outputs the speed signal to control the motor speed to achieve the purpose of accurate feeding. A linear pneumatic vibrating conveying chute is designed to continuously convey materials at a certain speed. The linear pneumatic vibrating chute has good linear control through the adjustment of leaf spring, amplitude and frequency, and can realize the automatic and safe measurement and transportation of solid energetic materials.

Abstract:The existing control theory is divided into two parts in this paper, i.e. precise control theory and fuzzy control theory. After investigating the advantages and disadvantages of the precise control and fuzzy control respectively, the so-called fuzzy-precise combined control strategy is proposed from the view of practical application in the paper. This new strategy will bring maximum control benefits with minimum design efforts. As the application background, the fuzzy-precise combined control strategy has applied into four full scale paper machine control systems, and all of them got good control results.

Abstract:This paper presents a new approach for the cross-directional basis weight control on paper machines. The multivariable control system with high-dimension is discoupled into several subsystems by introducing a new constraint on control variables to satisfy the computation and capability limitation of existing on-line control system. A block discoupling algorithm is developed, and a parallel control strategy is proposed to implement the control algorithm. Based on the strategy, a multiprocessors system is designed to realize the simulation. Simulation results show that the computational time can be significantly decreased and the real-time performance can be improved.

Abstract:Focused on the uncertainty of airplane model,a kind of fuzzy control in which the fuzzy rules are optimized and the field of fuzzy variable can be adjusted adaptively was adopted in this paper.Aircraft attitude angle automatic control system was designed based on this kind of fuzzy control.The system was disturbed under six different flight conditions.It is demonstrated by digital simulation that this new fuzzy control method gets good control results.

Abstract:This paper presents two different control systems for the starch production-line.We programmed the control system’s program.One is based on the ALFALAFA’s empirical formula,and the the other is based on the mathematical model of the starch density.Simulation results show that the PID controller has a better tracking performance and smaller overshoot,so it can be suitable for the starch density control.

Abstract:The paper is devoted to the solution of the problem of optimum batching of bulk mixtures according to the criterion of accuracy and maximally possible performance. This problem is solved for applied utilization when running the system 'frequency converter – asynchronous motor' having pulse-width modulation of a screw batcher of agricultural equipment. The developed control algorithm allows batching small components of a bulk mixture with the prescribed accuracy due to the weight consideration of the falling column of the material being in the air after the screw stoppage. The paper also shows that in order to reduce the influence of the mass of the 'falling column' on the accuracy of batching, it is necessary to specify the sequence of batching of components inside of the recipe beginning from the largest component ending with the least one. To exclude the variable error of batching, which arises owing to the mass of the material column, falling into the batcher-bunker, the algorithm of dynamic correction of the task is used in the control system.
Dynamic Weighing Technology Research under Conditions of Low-Frequency Vibration or Random Vibration

Abstract:Dynamic weighing devices are widely used in the industrial field. When a weighing device is installed in a vibration environment or a facility, weighing readings will fluctuate due to the materials under the influence of vibration acceleration so that cannot be accurately weighed. We can use measured data directly combined with mathematical methods to obtain the static weight of the material to be weighed when the vibration frequency is high and consistent. But when the vibration frequency is low and random, we are unable to use mathematical methods for fast weighing, and it will cause uncontrol weighting errors if use material’s weighing signal for measurement directly. Using compensation method, that is, a set of auxiliary compensation weighing devices which are in the same vibration environment are used to track and compensate the effect of low frequency random vibration from outside the system and modify weighing data under low frequency random vibration interference in real time. This method can significantly improve weighing accuracy under low frequency random vibration environment. Experimental results showed that the dynamic measurement accuracy can be achieved within ±0.5% which can meet the bulk weighing of trade measurement using the above method.

Abstract:As the error in the process of automatically mixing by weighing control is consisted in the glue mixing and dosing precise system Micro-D based on load cells in parallel, and the system has the characteristic of batching weight loading for each chemical components flow, so this paper makes an particular analysis with static error, dynamic error and dynamic delay error, puts forward several methods such as subtracting weight for eliminating error, subtracting affixed weight, and beforehand closure electro-valves using predictive control based error compensation, so that the average error which is measured by the error measurement system is less than 0.008 kg, the standard deviation is less than 0.006. Experimental results show that the design of glue mixing & dosing precise system Micro-D can accord with the requirement of precise measurement for glue mixed.

The mechanism and control methods can be widely applied in automatic production lines, which needs granular material into the mould quantitatively and passively wiped flatly.

Abstract:In order to improve the automatic control effect of fully mechanized mining face in coal mine, this paper combines the literature research method to analyze the disadvantages of traditional research and combines the demand analysis to analyze the structure of the automatic control system of fully mechanized mining face in coal mine. Moreover, this paper uses an improved algorithm to improve the system performance, uses the analytical approximation method to calculate and eliminate the loading phase of the fourth-order input and output equal-length cavity filter and the fourth-order input and output unequal-length cavity filter, and obtain the correct coupling matrix. In addition, this paper uses the genetic algorithm to calculate and eliminate the loading phase of the sixth-order input-output equal-length cavity filter and the sixth-order input-output unequal-length cavity filter. In addition, after the system is constructed, the performance analysis of the system can be known through experimental research. The research results show that the automatic control system of fully mechanized mining face in coal mine proposed in this paper has a good intelligent control effect.
