Abstract:The material CDs-TiO2/SiCf 2 /SiC f (TS) comprising graphite-phase carbon dots was generated in the TiO2/SiCf 2 /SiC f system using the encapsulated carbonization method. The prepared materials were characterized using X-ray diffractometer (XRD), Raman spectroscopy (Raman), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), which revealed that SiCf, f , CDs, and TiO2 2 are strongly coupled to form a Z-type heterojunction. The UV diffuse reflectance spectra displayed that the TS was red-shifted, with a shorter bandgap (1.40 eV) and a wider light absorption range (200-800 nm) than SiCf f and TiO2, 2 , indicating a superior photocatalytic performance. The developed heat-resistant materials are intended to be used as head-cone components for stealthy aircraft with visible light absorption. Photocatalytic degradation studies exhibited that TS materials degraded enrofloxacin to an extent of 83.1 % and the TOC removal efficiency was 51.3 %, at the dosage of 0.07 mg center dot L-1- 1 and the concentration of 10 mg center dot L-1.- 1 . Furthermore, TS demonstrated exceptional reproducibility and stability in cycle regeneration experiments. Quenching tests and electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy (ESR) revealed that e-- , and center dot O2- 2- are the primary active substances in the photocatalytic degradation of enrofloxacin.
