Analyses of Strategies of Using Nature Corners to Promote Younger Children's Self-exploration

Abstract:Nature corners are the favorable place for children to explore something by themselves,but there exist some misunderstandings in creation and utilization of them. Kindergarten teachers should follow the principles in the Outline and the Guidline and know the features of children of different ages to set exploration targets,to choose inquiry content,to make clear research topics,to design and layout the nature corners,paying attention to the long-term management and guidelines for the infant,optimizing the nature corner creation. By doing the things above,can teachers promote children's independent inquiry.
