Abstract:This article has been withdrawn at the request of the Editor-in-Chief. After a thorough investigation, the Editor has concluded that the acceptance of this article was partly based upon the positive advice of two illegitimate reviewer reports. The reports were submitted from email accounts which were provided to the journal as suggested reviewers during the submission of the article. Although purportedly real reviewer accounts, the Editor has concluded that these were not of appropriate, independent reviewers. Also, the article duplicates significant parts of a paper that had already appeared in Current Medicinal Chemistry 26 (2019) 4918-4943 https://doi.org/10.2174/0929867326666190507082559. This represents a clear violation of the fundamentals of peer review, our publishing policies, and publishing ethics standards. The research overlaps a lot with research that has already appeared in Calcolo (2018) 55: 8. https://doi.org/10.1007/s10092-018-0252-9 and Mediterr. J. Math. (2016) 13: 2301. https://doi.org/10.1007/s00009-015-0621-4 . Although these papers are cited in the final published article, no mention of these papers was made in either the initial submission or the revised paper that was accepted by the Editor. One of the conditions of submission of a paper for publication is that authors declare explicitly that their work is original and has not appeared in a publication elsewhere. Re-use of any data should be appropriately cited. As such this article represents an abuse of the scientific publishing system. The scientific community takes a very strong view on this matter and apologies are offered to readers of the journal that this was not detected during the submission process.
