Abstract:A graph of order $n$ is $p$-factor-critical, where $p$ is an integer of the same parity as $n$, if the removal of any set of $p$ vertices results in a graph with a perfect matching. 1-Factor-critical graphs and 2-factor-critical graphs are factor-critical graphs and bicritical graphs, respectively. It is well known that every connected vertex-transitive graph of odd order is factor-critical and every connected non-bipartite vertex-transitive graph of even order is bicritical. In this paper, we show that a simple connected vertex-transitive graph of odd order at least 5 is 3-factor-critical if and only if it is not a cycle.

Abstract:A graph $G$ is $k$-factor-critical if $G-S$ has a perfect matching for any $k$-subset $S$ of the vertex set of $G$. In this paper, we investigate the factor-criticality of graphs with fixed minimum degree and provide sufficient conditions for such graphs to be $k$-factor-critical in terms of spectral radius and signless Laplacian spectral radius.

Abstract:Let A be a set of connected graphs. Then a spanning subgraph A of G is called an A-factor if each component of A is isomorphic to some member of A. Especially, when every graph in A is a path, A is a path factor. For a positive integer d ≥ 2, we write P≥d = {Pi|i ≥ d}. Then a P≥d-factor means a path factor in which every component admits at least d vertices. A graph G is called a (P≥d,m)-factor deleted graph if G – E′ admits a P≥d-factor for any E′ ⊆ E(G) with |E′| = m. A graph G is called a (P≥d, k)-factor critical graph if G – Q has a P≥d-factor for any Q ⊆ V (G) with |Q| = k. In this paper, we present two degree conditions for graphs to be (P≥3,m)-factor deleted graphs and (P≥3, k)-factor critical graphs. Furthermore, we show that the two results are best possible in some sense.

Abstract:A spanning subgraph $F$ of $G$ is called a path factor if every component of $F$ is a path of order at least 2. Let $k\geq2$ be an integer. A $P_{\geq k}$-factor of $G$ means a path factor in which every component has at least $k$ vertices. A graph $G$ is called a $P_{\geq k}$-factor avoidable graph if for any $e\in E(G)$, $G$ has a $P_{\geq k}$-factor avoiding $e$. A graph $G$ is called a $(P_{\geq k},n)$-factor critical avoidable graph if for any $W\subseteq V(G)$ with $|W|=n$, $G-W$ is a $P_{\geq k}$-factor avoidable graph. In other words, $G$ is $(P_{\geq k},n)$-factor critical avoidable if for any $W\subseteq V(G)$ with $|W|=n$ and any $e\in E(G-W)$, $G-W-e$ admits a $P_{\geq k}$-factor. Abstract:Given a graph G and an integer k≥2 , a spanning subgraph H of G is called a P≥k -factor of G if every component of H is a path with at least k vertices. A graph G is P≥k -factor avoidable if for every edge e∈E(G) , G has a P≥k -factor excluding e . A graph G is said to be (P≥k,n) -factor critical avoidable if the graph G−V′ is P≥k -factor avoidable for any V′⊆V(G) with |V′|=n . Here we study the sharp bounds of toughness and isolated toughness conditions for the existence of (P≥3,n) -factor critical avoidable graphs. In view of graph theory approaches, this paper mainly contributes to verify that (i) An (n+2) -connected graph is (P≥3,n) -factor critical avoidable if its toughness τ(G)>n+24 ; (ii) An (n+2) -connected graph is (P≥3,n) -factor critical avoidable if its isolated toughness I(G)>n+64 .
