Abstract:In urban construction and development, computer technology, information technology and CGI technology have been widely used in urban planning and management, and there are more and more application studies on related information systems. Although excellent results have been achieved in the overall development, there are still many places to be improved. CGI, as a combination of technology and geographic information system technology, applies innovation in the field of urban planning, which can not only show the characteristics of distributed, interactive and dynamic, but also fundamentally ensure the operation efficiency of urban planning management information system. Therefore, on the basis of understanding the current development status and application research of urban planning and management information system, this paper mainly studies the design scheme based on geographic information system technology according to the key technologies of urban planning and management system, so as to improve the effect of traditional urban planning and management and provide more quality services for social residents.

Furthermore, coordination mechanism model of public taking part in the conflict and concept of multi-element Weber model involved in urban planning were introduced. For those foundations, application of GIS in management f urban digital planning and urban space planning were discussed. Abstract:With the rapid progress of urbanization, urban planning is attracted much more attentions. The popularization of computer technology and GIS technology provides the technical support for urban planning. This paper introduces the concepts of spatial analysis functions of GIS briefly, and analyses the spatial analysis function of the application in urban planning specifically. How to apply the GIS spatial analysis function in the different urban planning field is demonstrated in the paper, which also gives the direction of the future application of GIS science and technology in urban planning.

Abstract:Sustainability and sustainable development have become the main themes of today's world. Urban planning and the urban spatial form derived from it are the pivotal points to prompt sustainable urban development. As an important approach for geo-spatial data management, GIS obtain widely recognitions and applications. Urban Planning Management Information System (UPMIS) is a multidisciplinary and multi-specialties integrated GIS application-system based on computer network and it uses GIS technology as platform, which can serve as an assistance system for urban planning, administration and decision making. Ningbo Planning Bureau has been researching the GIS technology in the application of planning domain from 1994, and then it developed Ningbo UPMIS based on window and Mapinfo platform. And so far it has built about ten thousand cases' item information. This paper, describes briefly the development and application of GIS technology in the field of urban planning in China, and it analyzes the application demands of GIS technology for planning and management under China urban planning system, Taking the development and use of Ningbo UPMIS as an example, this paper describes particularly the composition of the urban planning spatial database, the net framework for running UPMIS, the dynamic construction of workflow in integrating graphics and text and its application situation in Ningbo UPMIS activities.

Abstract:Abstract With the rapid development of information, the development of geographic information system (GIS) is also very rapid, and the development of information has laid a solid foundation for geographic information. In the process of practical application, geographic information system has obvious advantages compared with traditional surveying and mapping technology, which can reduce the influencing factors of external environment and has strong anti-interference ability. Establishing and perfecting the information surveying and mapping system is of great significance to the healthy and orderly development of society. In the surveying and mapping of smart city, as a kind of pre construction scanning positioning system, GIS has high measurement accuracy and data processing ability, so it is paid more and more attention by construction enterprises and construction enterprises in urban construction. Abstract:Integration of spatial information technology for digital urban planning (DUP) was studied in this paper based on analyzing the challenges of digital city upon current urban planning as well as its developing trend. Three subjects related to the spatial information technology and integration were discussed in this paper. First of all, the technology methodology system of digital urban planning was built up, and. the position and functions of spatial information technology in digital urban planning were defined. Secondly, the technical integratation approaches of spatial information technology for digital urban planning was discussed in three levels, which include data level, function level, and platform level. Thirdly, the integrated application approaches of spatial information technology for digital urban planning were suggested according to the characteristics of master urban planning and detailed urban planning, which include three steps, such as DUP data preparation, DUP scheme creation, and DUP scheme submission.

According to geo informatics theory and methodology of software engineering, this paper proposes a rural-urban-fringe space using dynamic. Combined with the rural-urban-fringe space use planning at present of China, from the harmonious development view of environment, society and economy, this paper carried out a kind of philosophy and method on how to developing the rural-urban-fringe space using dynamic planning support system based on GIS technology. This paper final designed a dynamic planning system including dynamic Monitoring subsystem, synthetic analysis subsystem, crisis management subsystem and decision support subsystem.

Abstract:Over the past ten years, the development of urban planning support systems has made remarkable progress, yet most of urban planning support systems based on GIS do not readily fit the changing professional requirements of the urban-rural spatial development planning because they are far too generic, complex, inflexible and incompatible with most spatial development planning tasks. Accordingly, how to effectively build up a platform orienting towards planning tasks and planners rather than technology itself by using GIS is still a challenge. The research in this paper analyzes the status quo of urban-rural spatial planning technological system and methodology and proposes the idea of design, development and application of urban-rural spatial development planning platform (URSDPP) based on the GIS technology. The methodology and key technologies needed for building URSDPP are discussed. The logical framework and software modules are illustrated which clearly manifest how GIS work together with other technologies. Three case studies are introduced which proves the advancement, reliability and suitability of URSDPP.

Abstract:Aimed at the background of development of digital urban planning, the paper analyzed the demand of sharing digital urban planning information. It was pointed out that sharing digital urban panning information is the necessity of information society development. The technical characteristics and application models of WebGIS were analyzed according to the trends of information technology development. The system structure and function components of the application system for sharing digital urban planning information were discussed and designed based on WebGIS environment. Taking information sharing for general urban planning of Beijing as an example, the WebGIS application system for sharing digital urban planning information was studied and developed. Abstract:The traditional 2D urban planning management system with its low data visualization and weak spatial analysis capabilities is inadequate in meeting the needs of modern urban development. To address this issue, this paper reports on a 3D urban planning management system that was built using oblique image and 3D GIS technologies to create 3D scenes, but full using 2D planning information and urban planning scenarios to assist users in their decision-making. The system was built on Topword platform, using component development technology in combination with oblique imagery application for 3D modeling of a portion of the district of Hailaer in China. This paper introduces the architecture, key technologies, functions and application of the system, which is proven not only to display real-word information in 3D but also provides 3D spatial analysis and visualization tools for urban planning.
