Abstract:Because of the complexity of the outdoor terrain and the variety of the robot missions, the outdoor autonomous intelligent robot (OAIR) has to carry out missions in unstructured and impossibly predicted environment, which brings forward the higher challenge for the simulation environment. So the interactive simulation idea is introduced in This work. By means of classification, the outdoor simulation environments are divided into several sub-environments. The environmental entities modeled by a Scene Modeling Language (SML) can be edited interactively in accordance with requisition. And on the basis of the path-planning, the mission-planning method is introduced to simulate the complicated environment. The method not only simulates path-planning algorithms, but also verifies the validity and robustness of intelligent agents through editing or modifying the robot's geometric, and kinetic parameters to accomplish the interactive simulation between the running environment and the mission-planning. At last, a visual monitoring tool is designed to evaluate the performance and the coordination of the intelligent agents.

Abstract:After the C4ISR system is delivered to the user, it is inspected during the equipment support maintenance process that the equipment has low generality, weak automation, and difficult maintenance. This paper proposes the C4ISR system embedded and monitoring test technology, designed componentization, standardization, Integrated embedded and monitoring test environment system architecture, including system usage patterns and logical structures; detailed description of key technologies such as XML (Extensible Markup Language) interface model adaptive technology, component-based system efficient and flexible integration technology and memory-based database data interaction technology; and an embedded and monitoring environment case and system application flow of a C4ISR system, including embedded test process and monitoring test process. The test environment has been successfully applied in many projects, which can realize the recurrence, positioning, confirmation and verification of interface and process problems encountered in the C4ISR system maintenance guarantee process.

Abstract:The design environment of command compartment is developed based on the physical compartment and virtual scenes, and can be used for design and simulation training for command and control systems. The characteristics of the traditional virtual cabin are analyzed. A cost-effective hardware architecture is designed according to the construction target of the semi physical command cabin. A design method of the design environment of command compartment based on virtual reality is presented. And the key technologies of multi-channel virtual scene generation are analyzed and studied.

Abstract:In this paper, a Testing and Evaluation Aided System for Distributed Interactive Simulation (DTEAS) is introduced. Some aspects, including constitutes, architecture, main function modules and some key technologies, are discussed in detail. As a powerful computer aided tool Distributed Testing and Evaluation Aided System(DTEAS) consists of data collection and reversing module, system testing and evaluation module, exercise monitor and analysis module and report generating and publishing module, and supports the whole process data recording, entity inspecting, simulation reversing, data visualization, data statistics and evaluation report automatic generation in the whole simulation exercise. DTEAS has successfully been applied in the full system integration testing of the Synthetic Simulation Environment Project, evidently increasing evaluation's efficiency, objectivity and veracity, shortening the cycle of system integrating and debugging. The research work is valuable to the future study of CIMS for Complex Product.

Abstract:Based on analyzing the resolution in the target-plane of CCD intersection system, research on the resolution distribution is performed by means of computer simulation. First, the formulas used to calculate the resolution are derived, which are corresponding to the two-CCD system and the three-CCD system respectively. As a result, the regularities of the resolution distribution in the target-plane with the diameter of 3 meters are obtained From the three-dimensional figures of the resolution distribution, if can be concluded that the measurement system with three CCDs may not only increase the capture efficiency to the object, but also improve the resolution distribution in the target-plane.

Abstract:Distributed interaction simulation is always regarded as an effective approach for C4KISR system efficiency evaluation.However,general methods simulated from top to bottom cannot track the system dynamic variation exactly,along with the extension of the system scale,the internal interaction behavior will increase as the exponential form and the modeling of dynamic behavior can be more rigorously restricted.To solve the aforementioned problem,a multi-agent based simulation method from bottom to top is advanced for C4KISR system efficiency evaluation to build its prototype system which can run in WAN and match the evaluation index and algorithm automatically.The developed method can decrease the restriction of the system scale and sufficiently satisfy the requirements of a variety of combat effectiveness evaluations for C4KISR.

Abstract:Evaluation System plays an important part during the development of C3I information fusion.General theory and method for information fusion evaluation is discussed,and some definitions of performance tracking index used in evaluation are presented.Finally,for the index of evaluation in moving target track fusion,using rough set theory to reduce and optimize it and presents an approach to setup an evaluation system and make the software design based on soft-bus technique.By test instance its reliability and practicability are illustrated.

Abstract:Simulation experiment is an important means of analyzing and assessing the security of SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system, however, the existing simulation environments have some limitations in flexibility and extensibility. According to the type of industrial infrastructure and the structure of SCADA system, the abstract models of SCADA system are established, the reference architecture of SCADA system simulation environment is proposed, and the simulation environment for analyzing and assessing the security of SCADA system is designed and implemented. This simulation environment has the characteristics of extensibilities and adaptability, and integrated several components including the simulated enterprise network, OPC Client/HMI, industrial OPC server, SCADA protocol tester, SCADA RTUs, and the sensors and actuators, etc. Finally, experiment on the representative SCADA system attack scenario of has been conducted in this simulation environment to analyze and assess their security status, and the results demonstrate the effectiveness and practicability of the simulation environment.

Abstract:In view of these problems such as the poor reliability of the validation environment for (CISR)-I-4 system, the difficulties of model sharing between the pilot projects, and the low development efficiency of the validation environment, and according the characteristics of multi-domain, multi-function, alternately frequent interaction and real time of (CISR)-I-4 system, we designs an open, scalable, and extensible system structure of the simulation and validation environment (S&VE). In this paper, we mainly describe some key techniques such as the combat protocol interfacing based on XML, data analysis and interacting based on memory database, and dynamic composition of business model. The paper also presents the case and operation of the S&VE. The S&VE has been applied successfully in several projects.

Abstract:C3I system increases the battle force in modern war.Evaluating C3I system impersonality and correctly is very important for finding out the limitation of C3I system.The effectiveness and capabilities system of C3I and the model of evaluating C3I system that based on rough sets are established,then the attributes,and the attribute values of this decision table are reduced,the rule is calculated through a program complied by ROSE2 software.And eventually,the attributes that have a decisive effect on C3I system come out.In the end,a method to evaluate the effectiveness and capabilities of the C3I system is introduced,and the result validates that the rough sets theory plays an available role in evaluating the effectiveness and capabilities of C3I system.

Abstract:It is necessary to develop simulation environment to evaluate the performance of Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs), especially for the large scale WSNs. Drawbacks of current simulators are pointed out, and a new simulation environment WSNSim is designed and developed based on. Net framework from aspects of architecture, application scenes, simulation flow. WSNSim adopts experimented energy model and component based approach, which can detect condition of environment, process sporadic event and track mobile target. The effectiveness of improved protocol SEMAC is validated under the WSNSim environment.

Abstract:Intrusion Detection System (IDS) plays a key role in defense-in-depth computer security architecture and is an important complement to the peripheral defense elements such as firewalls and authentication mechanisms. But due to the complexity in both its design and interactions with the deploying environment, an objective testing of IDS is very difficult. In this paper, we first propose a set of performance indexes for IDS evaluation. Then we present the architecture of a simulation environment to test intrusion detection systems automatically. Next, under the framework of this architecture, we discuss three key issues in the realization of such a testing environment: network traffic simulation, computer usage simulation and computer attack simulation. At the end, we give some testing results of an IDS developed by ourselves in a basic testing environment we built.

Abstract:Simulation is a powerful technique in evaluating and improving the performance of complex systems. In order to improve the efficiency of simulation experiment design, analysis and evaluation, auxiliary tools are required. Unfortunately, existing tools are usually not meeting the requirements of simulation. Moreover, the restricted interfaces, reusability and expandability influence their efficiency to a certain extent. In this paper, an integrated software environment, HIT-SEDAES, is designed for solving these problems. A process model of simulation experiment design, analysis and evaluation is introduced to guide the development of the software environment. And several solutions are proposed to solve key problems in this development. Finally, an application is used to illustrate how the software environment works for the problems of model validation, effectiveness evaluation and performance analysis.
