Abstract:This information intercourse system (IICS) is designed for the news intercourse among TV stations and modernization of network and information management in the TV station. Firewall and double-server structure are used in hardware; in software, tech- nologies such as WEB, MIS and database synchronization are adopted. The whole system is completed with the help of the guideline of software engineering. A design for the system is introduced in detail, stating some key technologies using in system realization, and also having a study on some main problems in system realization.

Abstract:The traditional CIMS reference architecture is not practically effective in the system analysis, design and implementation. The paper introduces a new CIMS application architecture consisting of three layers: data layer, logic layer and controlling layer, and specifies the composition and relationship of each layer in detail. Moreover, on the basis of the reference model,an instructive system analysis and design method is described, which has been proved to be successful in Qingshan Paper Mill' CIMS.

Abstract:After the C4ISR system is delivered to the user, it is inspected during the equipment support maintenance process that the equipment has low generality, weak automation, and difficult maintenance. This paper proposes the C4ISR system embedded and monitoring test technology, designed componentization, standardization, Integrated embedded and monitoring test environment system architecture, including system usage patterns and logical structures; detailed description of key technologies such as XML (Extensible Markup Language) interface model adaptive technology, component-based system efficient and flexible integration technology and memory-based database data interaction technology; and an embedded and monitoring environment case and system application flow of a C4ISR system, including embedded test process and monitoring test process. The test environment has been successfully applied in many projects, which can realize the recurrence, positioning, confirmation and verification of interface and process problems encountered in the C4ISR system maintenance guarantee process.

Abstract:This paper presents the design and implementation of a Web-based 3-tiered computer aided quality (CAQ) System OL-CAQ, as a sub-system of a CIMS system OL-CIMS. The cons and pros of those tranditional Client/Server architectures vs. 3-tiered Client/Server architectures are also presented, and the implementation of the Web-based 3-tiered OL-CAQ system is outlighted.

Abstract:The new generation of CAPP system for networked manufacturing named NET-CAPP is under development. It is built on CORBA architecture. The difference of NET-CAPP and traditional CAPP along with some key techniques, such as capability assessment, candidate partner evaluation and XML-based process exchange are described in detail. An example is given to illustrate the function of the system.

Abstract:Under downhole technics, the communication's problems and requirement in the Offshore Wireless CPT beneath ocean are illustrated. The advantage and adaptation of the ICL in this project, and its relative application context are analysed. ICL principle and relative parameters are emphatically discussed, and ICL model had been designed. Experiments demonstrate that ICL connection suffices the project.

Abstract:DEVS is a formal description of discrete event system and provides a hierarchical and modular system specification. In this paper, the UML-BD method is the extension of UML through integrating the DEVS feature, at the same time adds the time restriction in order to meet the requirement of real-time system. Because of the hierarchy and real-time of C3I system, this paper models C3I system through the UML-BD method according to the feature of C3I system. The C3I system model designed by the UML-BD method represents the characteristic of C3I system .

Abstract:The intelligent home industry is facing problems such as underplayed propagandizing,deviated emphasis,and inferior user interface,which are the main barriers prohibiting further development of intelligent home in China.Trying to obviate the impediments,this paper constructs a 3D demonstration system on PC.The system features a vivid simulation of functions of the intelligent home,thus exhibiting the hallmark and advantages of the intelligent home to the average people.It also constructs a user interface which can be deployed in the touch screen control subsystem of real intelligent home.

Abstract:C3I system increases the battle force in modern war.Evaluating C3I system impersonality and correctly is very important for finding out the limitation of C3I system.The effectiveness and capabilities system of C3I and the model of evaluating C3I system that based on rough sets are established,then the attributes,and the attribute values of this decision table are reduced,the rule is calculated through a program complied by ROSE2 software.And eventually,the attributes that have a decisive effect on C3I system come out.In the end,a method to evaluate the effectiveness and capabilities of the C3I system is introduced,and the result validates that the rough sets theory plays an available role in evaluating the effectiveness and capabilities of C3I system.
