Abstract:The practice of post-replacement to assist teaching of Teachers Colleges has achieved certain results,both for normal universities,supporting teaching students or support education schools.But the practice also produced a series issue in the implementation process.Terms for vocational colleges,it is important to learn the advantages in Teachers College and avoid its shortcomings in the practice of post-replacement to assist teaching.
