Abstract:A glimpse of history tells us the idea of internal control has been over deified and its function magnified in its evolution to the extent that is beyond comprehension and control.The veil should be raised and its connotation and boundary narrowed.At the same time,the long-time neglected idea of internal check should be rediscovered and its connotation and mechanism innovated.
