Remote Monitor & Measurement Instrument System Faced To Internet Interoperable Service Of Manufacturing

Abstract:In order to realize internet interoperable monitoring service of manufacturing, taking the rotary mechanical and electrical equipment as the subject, by means of CAN industrial field-bus, PXI computer bus and TCP/IP internet technology synthetically, the remote internet monitor and control instrument system, which includes the real-time measurement, control and monitor in field, is constructed. The bottom automation net system is formed by industrial field-bus CAN collecting and transferring field data, and also it combines the NI PXI-8462 module, compatible with PXI standard instrument, realize the information management software by the graphic programming language LABVIEW. This system is able to monitor the feature signal, gather data online, analyse and process data, real-time measurement and diagnosis by friendly software interface, complete the multi-point digital communication in field automation equipment, realize the information exchange of the factory shop and other department, flexible in use, easy to link up internet, so it can be widely used in industry field.
