Abstract:By analyzing the present defects in the management of medical consumables which include lagged management model,nonstandard storage names of medical consumables and bad traceability of the implanted medical products,this paper puts forward some corresponding improvement measures,such as changing the management model of medical consumables,standardizing the storage names of medical consumables and establishing information management system for tracing the implanted medical products,so as to realize scientific and appropriate management of medical consumables.

Abstract:Objective: Improve clinical department medical quality control system to promote medical quality. Methods: Three clinical departments were random sampled. Excellent medical records regulated by chief resident quality management system and quality control circle system were compared. Patient satisfaction rate was evaluated. Conclusions: Both chief resident quality management system and quality control circle system were effective systems for department medical quality control. Quality control circle system could stimulate doctors to participate the medical quality control.

Abstract:Objective To reduce the using risk of medical consumables. Methods This paper analyzed the management risks of high value consumables through the analytic hierarchy process, and determined the weights. Meanwhile, the methods and techniques of bar code, health technology assessment and clinical diagnosis and treatment path management were adopted to implement risk management. Results The weight of risk factors for medical consumables management was obtained, and various countermeasures were developed to reduce the risk. Conclusion The safety and effectiveness of consumables can be guaranteed by controlling the effective risk of medical consumables.

Abstract:Medical records quality reflects medical quality management level of hospital,management level of clinical department and clinical professional level of physician.We selected a surgery department whose class-A rate of writing quality of medical records is in the last place for three years in hospital,having segment quality control and analyzing factors affecting medical records quality.985 copies of medical records in this department are selectively examined.It shows that factors affecting medical records quality are judicial knowledge about medical records of clinical physicians,quality management of clinical departments and organization allocation of medical groups.Therefore,hospital and department should strengthen legal consciousness of medical staffs and management to subordinate physicians and perfect echelon construction of medical groups,through electronic medical monitoring system to reduce medical records defects and improve medical records quality.

Abstract:China's growing trend of medical disputes between medical staff and patients are related to many factors,such as health security system,doctorpatient communication,service attitude.At present,the treatments including negotiated settlement,administrative mediation,civil litigation,have both goodness and shortcoming.In contrast,negotiated settlement wins more acceptances from both doctors and patients,which provide an opportunity for medical social work involving with the treatment of medical disputes between medical staff and patients.

Abstract:This paper analyzed the existing problems of low-value consumables in operating rooms. At the same time, in the aspect of organizing the corresponding investigation team in the operating room, it carried on the quality investigation to the low-value consumables management work in the operating room before the continuous quality improvement, and found out the existing problems in the management. In this paper, the management of continuous quality improvement on low-value consumables was used to investigate the quality of work after continuous quality improvement, and was used to compare the quality of work management before and after continuous quality improvement. In addition, this paper found that through continuous quality improvement, the cost and expenditure of low-value consumables in operating room could be solved in time, and the management of operating room had been greatly improved, which had further standardized in the application of lean management system and had promoted the management effectiveness of lean management in the department.

Abstract:The current situation, bottleneck problems and severe challenges in quality control technology of Chinese Medicine (CM) are briefly described. It is presented to change the phenomenon related to the post-test as the main means and contempt for process control in drug regulation, reverse the situation of neglecting the development of process control and management technology for pharmaceutical manufacture and reconstruct the technological system for quality control of CM products. The regulation and technology system based on process control and management for controlling CM quality should be established to solve weighty realistic problems of CM industry from the root causes, including backwardness of quality control technology, weakness of quality risk control measures, poor reputation of product quality and so on. By this way, the obstacles from poor controllability of CM product quality could be broken. Concentrating on those difficult problems and weak links in the technical field of CM quality control, it is proposed to build CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls) regulation for CM products with Chinese characteristics and promote the regulation international recognition as soon as possible. The CMC technical framework, which is clinical efficacy-oriented, manufacturing manner-centered and process control-focused, was designed. To address the clinical characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and the production feature of CM manufacture, it is suggested to establish quality control engineering for CM manufacturing by integrating pharmaceutical analysis, TCM chemistry, TCM pharmacology, pharmaceutical engineering, control engineering, management engineering and other disciplines. Further, a theoretical model of quality control engineering for CM manufacturing and the methodology of digital pharmaceutical engineering are proposed. A technology pathway for promoting CM standard and realizing the strategic goal of CM internationalization is elaborated.
