Mobile Computing Oriented Research for Mobile Agent Based on Java Technology

Abstract:With the unprecedented development of Internet/Intranet, mobile computing environment has become the main trends of large scale distributed computing. But traditional fixed network connection is becoming the bottleneck to the development of distributed computing and reduces the efficiency of large scale computing. Using advanced concepts and mobile Agent model has become a key solution to this problem. Above all,this paper presents the background of the research, and then presents the architecture of mobile Agent under the environment of mobile computing. At the same time, the definition,principle,application evaluation and the experiment result of this advanced architecture are discussed and analyzed in detail. Finally, the paper shows the effectiveness of this architecture to today's WWW system.
