Abstract:A financial risk evaluating and assistant decision-making system for Zhejiang electricity market is presented, including theory models and solutions. Moreover, corresponding large practical software is exploited. B/S pattern is selected to deploy system, and Microsoft .Net integer solution project is applied. MS-SQL Server 2000 as main database platform combining with ADO.NET and XML makes this software stable and efficient. This software mainly possesses six function modules such as system protection, financial risk evaluation, bidding behavior analysis, price forecasting, system surplus capacity percent (SCP) calculation and synthesis query. In accord with historical data and operation experience of Zhejiang electricity market, the exactness and practicality of presented methods utilized in this system are validated. This software can provide quantitative analysis tools for electricity market operation and monitoring department, and it will provide a good example for other regional electricity markets being constructed in China.
