Abstract:Knowledge management is the process of capturing, developing, sharing, and effectively using organizational knowledge. As a business concept, it has been traditionally applied to revenue-producing organizations with the aim of increasing profits and gaining competitive advantages. However, in fact, it can also be applied to non-profit organizations such as libraries. In the knowledge economy era, the traditional management mode of library can no longer satisfy readers' need and management requirement. A review of related literature in recent years is carried out for demonstrating the need to apply knowledge management to library management, including connotations, targets, contents, patterns and technologies. The article considers that the study of library knowledge management in China have achieved certain results, but still at their early stages. It points out the shortages of the research and presents relevant expectations to show the way in the future of library knowledge management in China.

Abstract:Knowledge ecosystem is a higher level of knowledge management stage; it brings new opportunities for the future development of the library. Firstly this paper is study eight basic concepts and features of the connotation of knowledge ecosystem, and development of library knowledge service, and construction of knowledge ecosystem status. The paper focuses on how to building knowledge ecosystem which could bring new development opportunities for library. Finally, the paper study the current status of research library knowledge ecosystem, and study the trends and hot of the library knowledge systems about the future ecological development and construction. It is found that Knowledge Ecosystem achieve library development of new opportunities, such as: remade cultural core value system, build a new knowledge model, develop new knowledge service engine, achieve a comprehensive knowledge of morphological evolution, establish efifcient knowledge exchange network, build strategic books museum community and so on.

Abstract:Taking the relevant documents in CNKI database as a sample before 2015,based on the methods of key-words co-word analysis,the knowledge map drawing&the key documents reading,and with the help of document anal-ysis software——CiteSpace V,this paper draws the knowledge map of evolution process and discusses the research sit-uation in knowledge service in China.It is found that:first of all,the researches of knowledge service in China have formed discipline system themselves,which is an important research in the field of knowledge management.The next, the evolution process's knowledge map can show research status clearly,which contains three stages such as start-up stage,rapid growth stage and mature development stage.Then,the research shows us stage stability and time variation of research hot-spots,time stamp of research content,and classic of research paradigm&multivariate of research meth-od.The last,the construction and implementation of ecological complex scientific system research,and the application of technology innovation of intelligent service and change research,and the transformation and expansion of social ser-vice research,and the"Chinese context"research,and so on,are becoming the research and development direction of our country's knowledge service in the future.

Abstract:Purpose The purpose of this study is to provide a bibliometric analysis of knowledge management (KM) literature published in the field of library and information science. KM is a systematic process of acquisition, extraction, organization and dissemination of knowledge in any organization. This study will help identify trends, emerging concepts and innovations in this particular field. Design/methodology/approach The data set of the study consists of 6,088 published documents the authors obtained from the ISI Web of Science database during 1900 and 2017. The analysis of literature about the library and information science consisted of five categories including productive institutions, prolific authors, annual publications, citations and highly cited articles. The documents included in this study include research papers, conference papers, reviews, book reviews and editorials. Findings The study found that the USA leads the world regarding the number of research publications in the area of KM in the field of library and information science. Considering the publication period, 2007, 2012 and 2016-2017 are the most productive years regarding publications in this particular field; the number of citations has been increasing over the years. The study also found that Nanyang Polytechnic University is the most productive research institution and Blanca Martins from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia is the most prolific researcher in this specific field. Originality/value This study provides a detailed bibliometric analysis of KM literature published in the field of library and information science. This study is an excellent example for researchers who are interested in conducting bibliometric studies.

Abstract:This paper reviews the current researches about knowledge management. Though summarizing the concept and characters of knowledge described in extant literature, we point out that there are two main branches of the researches: the side of knowledge management technologies and the side emphasized people activities, in mainstream knowledge management researches. More specifically, the remainder of the paper focuses on the latter side. We review three main areas in the mainstream researches. Then, by posing the fundamental challenges the knowledge management researches faced, the paper discusses the possible development directions of current researches.

Abstract:In-1 this paper, we focus on providing a deep theoretical review and analysis of knowledge management. And we conduct both quantitative and qualitative studies. Firstly, we provide an overview of the knowledge management literature from 2005 to 2017 on a sample of 800 most relevant articles by CiteSpace. And this process includes both bibliometric and text mining analysis. We examine the impact of factors such as variations across publication years, the contribution of different countries, keywords statistics and most cited references. Next this study summarizes and analyses the theoretical conceptions of knowledge management which include definitions and stages about knowledge management. Then we review some major apporaches for designing the knowledge management system from different perspective including information technology tools, knowledge representation and organization, knowledge sharing, performance measure for knowledge management and intelligent applications for knowledge management. At last we investigate the major research trends in knowledge management and give some recommendations for future research of knowledge management.
